I bought a air conditioner / heater approximately 17 months ago and the power motor went out on it already it was a one-year warranty on labor apparently and 10 years on parts which is fine but to replace the part they charged me close to $300 I think after paying $6,000 and not even running for 2 years is pretty sad I will not be using them next time

3 men came out and replaced my 21-year-old A/C and heating system in 2.5 hours. I didn’t know that was possible. Then the owner came out to take pictures for SRP’s rebate and pick up a check. Now I have a 16-SEER system. Remarkable.
Arizona Cold Air was recommended to me by a friend.......my wife and i are snowbirds, my friend is a local resident.......we got to our place a couple of days ago and our AC unit was not working.....i was expecting the worst.....Tom at ACAir arrived on site, was very polite friendly and professional....on top of all that he was honest.....he checked our unit, said it needed a part, installed the part and we were more then happy with the low price.....would we recommend or call Tom and ACAir again, absolutely, without hesitation....now i have to buy my buddy a beer for pointing me in the right direction.....thank you ACAir and Tom...... I have used Arizona Cold Air for a few years now. Always look forward to their visits. Highly recommend Arizona Cold Air. Octavio is the best and the receptionist answering the phone always pleasant and helpful.
I had my roof AC unit replaced by Arizona Cold Air in 2017. I bought a brand new Rheem unit and 4 years later I have had to replace the capacitor four times and today my blower motor died. I called another company to look at the unit and they said unfortunately I was sold a lemon and although the part was covered the labor was not. However, he recommended I contact the company that installed it because a 4 year old unit shouldn’t have these problems. I was sold a defective unit and if the company that installed it stands by their products they would most likely repair or replace it because it’s a defective unit. When I called Arizona Air the owner apologized and said unfortunately you have had some bad luck, it happens sometimes but there is nothing we can do. He then proceeded to tell me about a TV he bought and how it prematurely stopped working, so he can sympathize… I’ll never hire AZ cold air again. They don’t stand behind their products.
One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with without a doubt. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, responsive. Literally perfect! I replaced all three of my units and, though expensive because they were top-of-the line and state of the art (and are AWESOME). Mark is the best. After a small problem arose, Marc spent a good deal of time at his own expense to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I never had to wait for a response or for him to help when it was necessary. Tradesmen like this are very rare and need to be valued. I certainly do.
Arizona Cold Air has always been a pleasure to deal with. Their service has been phenomenal over the years. Today, I had the pleasure to work with a man from this company that went well beyond exceptional. He not only stepped up to the plate but hit the ball out of the park! Today I am thankful for Octavio for going beyond in just representing this fine company. I am a real customer for the last 15 years and am thankful for their emergency after-hours service when it matters most! Octavio was truthful didn't make false promises, let me know what I may be up against and did his best to solve a problem that was beyond his control even if it meant delivering me some bad news in the process. I mean nobody wants to be left in the heat; But, sometimes even under the best of circumstance that may be an inevitability. That being said, I know this crew does everything humanly imaginable to help avoid that situation. Thank you, Arizona Cold Air because you saw the value in Octavio and we got this solved!

We have used Arizona Cold Air for more than 10 years and have purchased 2 AC units from them. We have been very pleased with their service. Thomas sold and installed our last AC unit in 2020 and was very helpful and pleasant making sure that we were informed on the operation of the unit. Thomas was back again today to check and error message that we got on the thermostat. Again very helpful and pleasant to work with and giving us all the information about the problem and solving it quickly. I would highly recommend Arizona Cold Air and especially Thomas. Don Staker
