We used to be really happy when we first used their services but everything went downhill from there. Too bad, we'll find another company that will actually keep their promises.
Had to call at 10pm for an emergency service call. We were able to fix everything, and my AC has been running great ever since. Thanks
I cannot say enough about Eric from AZ Boy AC. My AC had been out almost a week and another company (sent by my home warranty company - see my review of Iceman Cooling for more details) had been out three times and replaced multiple parts, charged me over $1000 for Freon that was not needed and never got the unit running, although each time they left they said it was fixed. Eric came out as soon as I called AZ Boy and in less than 30 minutes found the issue, replaced the bad part and the unit was up and running. Thank you Eric - you are my hero. My AC is working great and thanks for the tip on a good warranty company as I will be canceling mine and needed a new one.
I told him my situation in a house that I'm not sure I'm gonna own my AC went out no one wanted to replace the compressor They all wanted to sell me new units this guy went out of his way to find a compressor for me and save me at least $4000. Definitely cares about the customer, May not be the fanciest or most polished but definitely one of the most caring and dependable got my air running replaced the compressor which no one else wanted to do, he went through a lot of trouble to find it and I think that's why nobody else wanted to do it, Absolutely positively you wanna give this company a chance.
Eric is the only guy I trust with my AC unit. He's helped me and my family out with prompt professional care! Will call him for all future needs as well! Stands behind his work! Real stand up guy!

Eric is always responsive to my calls. He has taken care of my HVAC issues, often on the same day I called him. I recommend Arizona Boy Air Conditioning and Heating for your HVAC needs.
We needed our air conditioner fixed due to sale of house. Arizona Boy came out, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He then did a test on all the system and could not have been more friendly and helpful. When the new buyers insisted on a new inspection he came right out and completed it.
No show. No communication. Am going with another service. And after leaving a review that the service I received was terrible, I was sent an email from their corporate office, excited that I enjoyed my experience. Really? Needless to say ... extraordinarily disappointed. ---- 10/31/2020 -- Wow. I generally don't leave many reviews, but since I got an email asking me to leave one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. And the fact that you had to say so much is very telling. But let me set a couple of things straight: [1] I contacted YOU three times; one text asking for confirmation @ 1:05 PM on my day of service, one call @ 2:33 PM - to which I could not leave a VM because it was full & finally an email to you in the Home Advisor app @ 2:49 PM. Would you like to see the proof? [2] Not sure who you called at 4:30 PM, but it was not I. [3] A week later, you contacted me for the first time past my scheduled appt. [4] I also run a service company, and have never left a customer or more importantly, potential customer in the dark. And lastly [5] I never asked you to check my heating - the agreement was to service the unit and install the thermostat. Life does happen, all customers understand that. I am good with you not wanting me as a customer, I am much more happier with the company that I have hired.

We had a water leak from the cooling unit. Eric repaired it easily and even tossed in a new run capacitor for the compressor. Overall, he was professional, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price for the repairs seemed a bit high ($330), but he did quality work on the pvc+glue and wiring for the cooling unit and diag'ed the failing run capacitor when it was 112 degrees outside. He also did not try to sell us an entirely new AC unit which was a solid.
He was prompt and courteous. I just didn't get enough information to complete the sale. I did not have all the right questions either.
Erick did a great job for us. After the initial repair he found that our unit needed more repair and we decided to replace it. He did a quick, professional job for us during the hottest days this year
AC out. Spoke to Eric. He was here in an hour and half. Fixed and affordable. Honest. Nice guy. I will never call anyone else
My electric bill was higher than normal. AC was suspected as being the cause. I called out Eric and he came out and gave my system a look over. My condenser coils were dirty/clogged. Other than that no issues. What a relief. Arizona boy AC is very reasonable, knowledgeable and dependable. Thanks Eric.
My AC stopped working in the middle of the night on Friday to Saturday, I called the company at 9am Saturday and left a msg, Eric called me right back with in 5 min and said he could be at my house around 11:30. He showed up on time and had me fixed within 20min. Professional and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend using azboyacandheating.
We had been using the ac company our home warranty recommended. Same issue all through the summer of the ac not working and it being 90+ degrees inside, but they kept saying it was fine. 1 call to Arizona boy and our ac was up and running keeping the house at a cool 74 degrees and no more issues! Great job! So glad we found Arizona Boy Air Conditioning and Heating. Our air conditioning went out and we put in a call to owner Eric Cummins. We called Eric in the evening and he responded promptly and within a few hours our air conditioner was completely fixed. Just a really good experience all around. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. If you need an AC or heating guy, he's the one to call.
