Area 757 Heating & Cooling is a VERY PROFESSIONAL Company. As soon as I called and spoke with Tori on the Monday before Thanksgiving he asked a few questions and said I will see you later today. He actually called earlier and fit me in. I was so thankful because it was just 4 days before Thanksgiving and I had guests coming. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He was able to get my system working temporarily until he could fix it so we would have some heat. He gave me a price and assured me that he would be back 1st thing Wednesday morning. Bright and early Wednesday a.m. he was at my door by 9 O'clock he was done within 1 hour and then he told me my total price was less than originally quoted. I recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC services they are honest trustworthy professional and VERY REASONABLE AFFORDABLE PRICES.
They're okay. Didn't troubleshoot the unit, just took out word on what we thought was going on. We still had to call another service the very next week to get it resolved.
I requested an estimate prior to work being completed and his employee completed the work by the owners command without quoting me a price first. Then handed me a bill. Didn’t even give me an option to agree to using this company. Very unprofessional. Beware
Needed work on ma AC.Came the next day it needed extensive repairs but they got it up and running.Very knowledgeable and courteous.Would highly recommended them.
Tori came out and serviced our unit. Had it repaired in a skippy. Very professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Tori did a great job and he did it fast. He found the problem and had my home cooling back down within a few hours. He didnt run up the bill and did the job right the first time. I will use him again for all my seasonal tune-ups and for repairs
