Jake and his guys were great. Super responsive, good value, and considerate of our dog and small kids in the home. We had them install a new heat pump for a/c and it works great. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a time in April to have them come give a quote on a new heat pump. They never showed up or called to reschedule. Ghosted entirely. If they are this unreliable before they have your money, how bad is it going to be once they do have it?
I would highly recommend Arden Heating and Cooling! Jake and his crew did an absolutely incredible job installing a large ductless system in our house. We live in a craftsman bungalow built in 1912 so were nervous about the look of the system but Jake was very thoughtful and took tremendous care to install the system as tactfully/seamlessly as possible. Not only that but he was able to fit us in just week after we decided on the system and do the whole thing in only two days. If you’re in the market, your search should end with Arden!
Jake provided a wide range of services during a remodel of our 2300 sq ft home. He installed our hood vent, dryer vent, ran a new gas line, installed all duct work, installed a new furnace and A/C unit. Jake’s knowledge and experience allowed us to optimize space and storage throughout the install process. A trusted friend told me about Arden H&C. It began with an informational phone call. I had questions about our options and Jacob listened carefully, then gave me an idea as to how he might approach a solution. I invited him to come to our home to give us a proposal. I was recommended Arden Heating and Cooling from a neighbor but being an obsessive shopper I got five quotes. One of the nice things is I worked with Jake Arden on the system design/quote, guy clearly knows HVAC and is a straight shooter. They offered me an American Standard Heat Pump for about the same price others offered me for a lesser brand AC unit, so great value there. Jake promptly answered all my questions throughout the sales and install process. Install started and completed on time, on budget, and even with a few nice improvements. Its been running a few weeks and couldn't be happier.
Fast, professional and reasonably priced! I had issues with a new thermostat I installed and they were able to diagnose that the issue was with the thermostat itself. Came back the next morning and installed a new thermostat that fired right up! They also explained why the old unit didn't work and walked me through how the furnace operates. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.
Jacob is very professional with quotes, being on time, explaining the situation and leaving with the service completed and successfully done. Jacob is trustworthy and a very hard worker. It is even more motivating to ask for Jacob’s service because he is an honourable family man working hard to provide for his young growing family.
Had my NG Generator hooked up to my home meter. A plate was applied under the generator and Jacob was very Professional in what he did and the information he gave me to operate it. Arden Heating & Cooling is a great servicing company and they also check back in with you a few weeks later to make sure you are satisfied!
Had the most wonderful experience with Jacob with Arden HVAC. When our furnace quit, I reviewed HVAC businesses. I spoke to Jacob with Arden HVAC. I could tell right away in just chatting with him on the phone that he was the one. One thing to note, I am an old woman that does not know anything about HVAC. Jacob could have told me anything and, I would have gone with it no matter the expense. Instead, Jacob went through and tested out everything and, it ended up being a wire to my heat pump that rats had chewed. If you are looking for an Honest and Dependable business to service your HVAC needs, ARDEN HVAC is the one! Thank you, Jacob, for taking care of our issue! As long as you are in business, you will be our GO TO company!

Jacob removed an archaic gas furnace, and installed a new Mitsubishi mini-split System in my cabin lake home. He was professional, always arrived at the appointed time, gave expert advice on location of the units and the install went smoothly. I’ve waited a bit to Review to ensure everything is working well. I cannot rave enough about this system, I have air conditioning for the first time along with heat. The system is very quiet inside and out, and the one indoor unit services the entire floor plan. Thank you, I would highly recommend this product and company.
Arden Heating & Cooling is the best I've ever worked with. They did custom work for us in our 1910 home - new furnace, hot water heater, gas plumbing and a very complicated venting for our gas range. The work was reasonably priced, extremely professionally completed and looks and functions great. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will use them again at the first opportunity.
Arden heating and cooling was excellent and professional through and through during our experience with them. They answered phone calls even when I wasn't expecting them to, were very good with their pricing, and their installation was very direct, quick and professional. We worked with Jacob, and he made everything from piping installation to running wires around the house look easy. I would absolutely recommend Arden heating and cooling to anyone.
