Matt has got to be the most upstanding guy I have ever met in my life! With all sincerely, I highly recommend Arctic Sun, but in particular Matt. He answered a distress call from us when we were facing one of the coldest nights of the year. We turned on our heat and realized that our recently (summer) installed unit was blowing cool air when the heater was turned on (for the first time I might add). Matt came over, he diagnosed the system and quickly found that our heat pump had not been reconnected with the new install nor had the thermostat been connected. He followed up with us the next day and even offered to come back to check it out when I thought it still wasn’t working properly. Matt went above and beyond. In fact, I kind of didn’t want to post this review, because I know he’s going to get busy and the next time I call he may not be available for me! (j/k) I will say that I will recommend Matt and Arctic Sun to anyone who needs AC or heating service. I should also note that Arctic Sun did not install our unit over the summer, but he got us up and running just in time for 32-degree nights in Orlando! Thanks Matt!!! You’re definitely my guy from here on out!
My unit electrical board burn I had called another A/C company the young man did not know how to wire wire the new board instead he tried to sale me a whole new systemThat would have cost me $3000 to $4000 or more I called Arctic sun and Matt came fix the problem rewire the new board Put a new capacitor and even check my A/C unit and notice that the fan was turning the opposite Direction corrected the problem said you're Unit is working fine no need to buy a new one
I reached out to Matt about my AC not working and he was super responsive and helped me. The temperature was up to 85 in the house and because of him, it was fixed super fast! He saved the day in my household. I would definitely recommend him!
Unfortunately my air conditioner broke in this heat on Florida , our assigned technician Matthew came to the rescue and repaired on the same day ; he was very educational and took the time to teach us what was damaged to our air conditioning , in addition he followed up with great customer service!

My AC wasn’t cooling, I’m glad i called ArcticSun. Our technician Matt arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix our problem in a timely manner. He was professional and explained the process of his work. Would recommend to anyone needing Ac service.
