Jim has previously done maintenance services for my HVAC and will be coming to do maintenance on our AC soon. Just recently I had asked if he could put in a humidifier and he also recommended a Halo. He ordered everything and was out within a few days to install. Jim is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend Jim for all your HVAC/AC needs!
Very honest service and feedback
After going through 3 different companies to repair our broken furnace motor, it was Jim with Arctic Fox who finally came through for us. Aside from his professionalism and incredible knowledge of our system, what really stood out for me was Jim’s communication. It took over a month to source the correct part, and Jim was updating me multiple times per week on where things were at, instead of leaving me hanging like others had before. Once the part arrived, Jim was at our door the next morning and had our house nice and toasty within the hour! Top-notch service and professionalism. You will not regret hiring Arctic Fox for your HVAC needs!

Talked to Jim at Arctic Fox about installing a new HVAC in our house since our AC and furnace have been needing more repairs recently. He’s been honest and provided very reasonable recommendations. He was not focused on upselling equipment but did his technical calculations and gave me his professional recommendations. I appreciate that he was able to answer all of my questions directly even the technical ones and is not just on sales. His prices are also very resonable and his team did a great job in the installation. They were very professional, finished on time, kept everything clean, and cleaned up well after. Very happy with the service and would not think twice to recommend Jim and Arctic Fox to my firemds and neighbors!

The service technician Jim was professional and efficient. He quickly figured out the issue with my air conditioner and had the air back on same day. Since my husband wasn't home I asked if Jim could speak with him over the phone. Not only did Jim speak with him, he took his time to explain exactly what was going on. I was having problems with my air conditioner. Called Jim at Arctic Fox Heating and Cooling explained to him what was happening and he showed up very quickly. Fixed my Ac unit and explained everything to me in detail. Very honest and very professional in every detail. Cost was also very reasonable and honest. Hard to find people like Jim these days. Jim from Artic Fox came out and was very respectful to my property. He took time to explain and answer all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He was also very responsive and provided a very competitive price for the work and had the best availability. I decided to go with his company and I’m very happy I did. As a woman, I find some companies don’t explain things well to me but Jim did not make me feel like I was not capable of understanding his explanations. We agreed on a price and he was able to get his crew to install AC & Furnace in 2 days. They did a great job with installation and even fixed my Nest thermostat! I highly recommend Jim/Arctic Fox Heating & Cooling! I will continue to use him for many years to come!
