Honest, great quality, on time, quick, and dedicated to helping make your experience as painless as possible. Our ac went out and they came that same day and got a whole new unit in 2 days later. Answered all of our many questions and made us feel like we were the most important part of their day. Highly recommend!!
Arctic Fox Air Conditioning and Heating has been my go to company for HVAC services for over 8 years! When I bought my home in 2015, the AC unit was old and needed lots of TLC to keep going. Eventually, it came time that I needed to replace the whole AC unit and Arctic Fox Air Conditioning and Heating did a great job at a great price. A couple years later I decided I wanted a dedicated unit for the master bedroom and Arctic Fox installed a mini-split unit for that room. It's been a great addition during those hot summer months! Arctic Fox Air Conditioning and Heating provides awesome service with fair prices. Perfect 10 rating in my books!
Arctic Fox Air Conditioning just installed a new heat pump/air conditioner for our home after our 21-year old unit gave out. Their timeliness, price, and professionalism got them the contract from us and their honesty, friendliness, dependability, and knowledge positively influenced us so much that we felt it necessary to offer these comments and review so that others may benefit from this fantastic company! Tim could not have been more helpful. He returned calls promptly. Even Misty in the office was able to answer questions I had. Thank you Arctic Fox for bringing the “cool” back in our lives! In this day and age of poor customer care, I would suggest strongly you call Arctic Fox for your heat/a.c needs as you are TRULY number one with them. A more than satisfied customer!

Arctic Fox has always been amazing. This time we got Steve as our service person and they were great! Very affordable and you can always trust the work they do. We had a quote from another company for $8,000 worth of work and Steve was able to do the tune-up for $99. If you're looking for an air conditioning company to trust Artic Fox is the one!

I had a brand new American Standard 5 Ton Heat Pump and 50 gallon Bradford water heater installed in early November by Arctic Fox AC. It was a great experience and I'm happy to provide a 5 star review. I interviewed 3 local companies and Arctic Fox was the best. Their prices, service warranty and their overall excellent workmanship were far superior to the other 2 companies. I was able to schedule a call for them to come out to my home to review and present a bid within 24 hours. I was able to secure a data for installation within 6 days of my call to say I wanted to move forward. I had no problems with my older equipment so I wasn't in an urgent situation. I'm sure if I had been, it would have been faster. They, Heath and Tim, were here at my home for about 2 hours. They were up on the roof inspecting my current equipment and discussing what my needs are. They left me with a written bid. The price on the bid was the exact same price as I paid on the day of installation. No upselling. No trying to get you to buy things you don't need. I always am a little anxious when you have a price and then installation occurs. Many times contractors will upsell or add to it and it's frustrating. That DID NOT happen here. This is refreshing and reflective of Heath's integrity. My old heat pump and water heater were removed and hauled off the same day. They worked long and hard and were also friendly and great with my 3 dogs. I'm completely happy with my new AC/Water Heater and also so grateful I found Arctic Fox. They will be the first ones I call for service in these areas and also who I recommend to others for HVAC and water heaters in Az.
We woke up this morning with our ac blowing hot air, searched the next-door app and found Arctic Fox, called for a service call just after 8am, Tim arrived within the hour. He was very professional and friendly upon arrival, found the issue right away, shortly after he made the repairs our ac was blowing cold again. ☆☆☆☆☆ We would definitely recommend to anyone needing ac repairs. Tim was honest, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. □ This is why we support local family own businesses.
