Great peole
I found Arctic Desert Air through Thumbtack for handyman services of door repair/ carpentry. Don is a very professional and caring person, very meticulous and conscientious. In his efforts to use an external electrical outlet, he found it not working and eventually determined that the entire garage was without power! He was able to find and reset the GFCI outlet which literally saved me from replacing all the food in my two freezers! In addition, the garage door threshold had so much water damage with rotting wood and deteriorating caulking, Don was able to make it look brand new again! I’ll touch up the paint soon in the door jamb. I can’t thank you enough! I thoroughly recommend Don and Arctic Desert Air for your next project!
I have used a few places and this IS THE PLACE. The most honest, down to earth HVAC guys I have met. Honest work, honest prices and they seem to have that authentic care for the customers that has been lost in big business. They earned my business for life.
Donald was superb. He took the time to explain the issue and took pictures. He on-time to the minute and communication was great. He was very knowledgeable. The person in office was friendly when I set up the appointment. AC is back up and running. Definitely a 5 star company. Thank you!!

I would highly recommend Arctic Desert Air to anyone in the valley. The service tech, Keenan arrived on schedule, he was courteous, helpful and professional. He installed our new smart thermostat and helped us set it up on our phones, all for a very reasonable price.

Just want to give a shout out to Don Green. Awesome guy. Prompt answer, fit me in same day, knew exactly what was wrong fixed it. He also did a great job answering my all of my questions. One of my AC blower motors went out, he had the parts on hand and took care of everything and didn't play any games. Talking to him you can tell he's very honest. Thanks again Don!

Our AC was causing issues for a little while, it reset it self every time and it would not work at all. I found Don from Arctic Desert Air through his great online reputation. Don I was able to come out super fast and got to work right away. Without any BS,gimmicks and or sales tactic he has it repaired the AC unit. And when it was all done and complete he charged a very fair and affordable price. Very happy yesterday of your service provided by Don, Well definitely recommend it and will use them again for future failures of our PD 18 min well definitely recommend it and will use them again for future failures of our Heating and cooling unit.
Wow, Arctic Desert Air is awesome. Honest, straight forward, professional. For the people in Wittmann, Surprise, Peoria, Wickenburg and the Sun Cities. They are knowledgeable with not only normal homes and AC units, they are also very knowledgeable with Mobile Homes! Went through 2 other AC guys in the past and they both couldn't fix the problems he was able to fix at a very reasonable price.
I love these guys! Came out right away, were very professional, stayed till they thought my unit was clean but when it still had a problem, they came back right away and made sure it was really clean. Has worked great ever since. They were also extremely reasonable on their price. I won't use anyone else!!
