Don't waste your time with the kind of children running this business. Dude has no problem flying across 3 lanes like a jackass almost causing an accident. I call them up confirming they're the company I'm calling saying "depends who's this?" Even I wasn't calling to make a complaint, who answers the number for their company like that? Tells you everything you need to know about their attitude. Don't get persuaded by fake reviews from their buddies and colleagues

Let me first by saying that I know that things are not perfect but I’m over theses guys. Do not call Paul! Do not use these guys! They installed a unit at my house. About 2 days later I called Rob the helper and said that I didn’t think it was working bc it wouldn’t stop running so about 2 months later it stopped working. They came out and got it going. Witch I had to pay another 250 for. So it worked for about another month and now I’ve been trying to get them to come back for over a month. I’ve been told about 3 or 4 times that they were on the way by Paul the owner and still no show. I’m just going to cut my losses and call another company. I do not recommend theses guys.
Excellent service! We had a great experience, they went above and beyond our expectations. Very professional (and clean 😁). Not one single complaint. Highly recommend these guys.
Very unhappy! My a/c unit started to blow warm, I called Arctic they came like they said a little late but that’s not the issue. He came back in within 10 mins a/c blowing cold and said 400 I’m like can you take out what you put in. He did.. He said the run capacitor AND the hard start kit went out and I would need 1-2 pounds of Freon.. I paid the service fee only, and went to Granger and bought a capacitor only because they said it doesn’t make since to buy a starter kit, the unit was install 2/17. So a $20 problem could of cost me $400 bucks if I didn’t know any better.. Do not trust a guy with a ponytail and I tipped him...Crazy!!
My AC went out around 4pm on a Wednesday night. I called Arctic Cool Solutions and they answered right away. They had a tech at my property within an hour- Rob arrived early! He was extremely professional and helpful. I initially called for a repair - which turned out to be an easy fuse replacement. After the repair, Rob offered to spend extra time making sure the maintenance for my HVAC would continue to run efficiently since I had just moved into the property. I highly recommended this company -especially the tech Rob for all your HVAC needs! Professional, responsive, and thorough!

We have rental property that we visit a few times a year in Tampa and Arctic Cool Solutions has helped us every time we have had an air conditioning emergency. Their staff is professional and courteous. We highly recommend them.
We have had Arctic Cool Solutions out twice now. Once to fix and clean our very old air conditioner - they did an excellent job and it is running smoothly. We also had a Mini-split installed in our downstairs. Not only are we very cool, our electricity bill has gone down dramatically. Their staff is professional, courteous and honest. Highly recommend them.
*DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!* AC was running before they came to work on it now, it's not working at all. Not happy and would NOT recommend.

There are no words to describe how amazing Paul and Chelsea are. They were so thorough, honest and upfront about everything on our install. All questions answered and they were always so respectful of our home and my daughters. System works PERFECT and I could not be happier with their work and overall customer experience.
