This guy just blatantly littered right out in public at the drive thru at Jack In The Box by throwing his coffee cup out the window. He said he didn't care about other people's property as he lives in the "Guetto". I would rather have someone do work for me who shows pride not only in his work but for their property as well.. no matter where they are. You represent yourself in all situations, personal or professional. I would expect more professionalism especially with the name of the business on his truck. You are representing yourself everywhere.
The world needs more people like this guy! His name is Gui and was willing to come to my house when I called him after 7:30pm! He was VERY honest because he could have come out and charged me for the visit but when I explained what was happening he said he will save me the money and suggested I simply hose off the coils with my garden hose as it sounds like it's clogged and shutting off. After I did this, the AC unit turned on again and was blowing cold!!! Thank you Gui...you're a lifesaver and you're honest! The other companies I called could have told me this but they didn't and of course I know why. I'll be using Arctic Circle AC from now on! By the way, I called about 5 different places who either didn't pick up the phone or couldn't come out until later in the week. It was 110° today so the sooner fixed, the better and even if Gui's suggestion didn't fix it he said he would come tonight to fix it but it worked! Great guy!!! Thank you!!!
This young man is one of the most knowledgeable guys i have met, honest and works hard. He has worked for me at home and my business i highly recommend.
Gui was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly! He was very professional and gave us a very reasonable rate as well. I would highly recommend using him.
