The first time I used this company was when I called a competitor to look at my HVAC unit. I was told it could not be fixed and I needed a new unit. Being a single female I could not afford that. I called Arctic Air. They came out the same day and fixed my unit . It lasted another 3 years after that. At my new house the air quit working. He came out within 45 minutes and fixed my unit then took the time to teach me how to take care of my unit. I recommend these guys. Good quality work and you won’t feel like you were taken advantage of.
Don't let these guys anywhere near your house. They were flying down I-40 this morning, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating people, and almost rear-ended me twice. Probably because with one hand he was filming on his cell phone and flipping me the bird with the other. If this is the kind of people they hire, stay away, far far away.
The best service and installation I have ever had!!!!! Great and trustworthy, would have them work on my mothers home also.
