This company should be embarrassed with the lack of customer service they offer their customers. Not to mention the lack of communication . Never returning phone calls, not showing up for appointments. When they did show up they were in and out in less than 5 minutes without resolving the problem like my ac was not worth the time. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

We had this company fix our ac through our home insurance company. They came within 24 hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. The technician Austin was very nice and informative on what the problem was that we were having. I would recommend this company and would use them again for our ac needs.

My AC went out and Arctic Air Service was assigned to my case. My Technician was Austin and he was great. He came out to access the AC and immediately discovered it needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me all options. After submitting the claim he expressed how important it was that they get the AC in due to my medical condition and my mother's condition. He called the Warranty place everyday and contacted me everyday. He went way above the call of duty to try and help my family with getting the AC as fast as possible. Through his efforts, the AC came in 6 days ahead of schedule. Although he was on a scheduled family vacation he ensured that we were taken care of. Words can never express how much I appreciate Austin and the Arctic Air Team. I recommend them to everyone. He truly showed how much he cares about his customers. Thank you again Austin.

My property manager, Goldstar Property, informed me that the AC unit for my rental needed to be maintained or be replaced. They had already spoke to Austin of Artic Air Service and Maintenance and gave me his recommendations as well as how much it’ll cost. I chose to go with a new unit. Goldstar informed me that I could contact Austin to work out the payments. Austin offered several ways to pay and we were able to work something out. After making a partial payment ,several days later, I received a text with photos of the installed units both outside and inside units. Good, honest work and reliable.. it was great doing business with Austin and Artic Air. Service and Maintenance

So the problem was fixed so 2/5. However, the first tech who came did not ring my doorbell. My home warranty company gave them my husbands number instead of mine that I did the work order with. Along with my husbands number he kept insisting I have a 512 nunber. I do not. We've never given AHS a 512 number because we've never owned one. So cool, he called. The problem was when he did a visit he just left a card. I have also reviewed them on Facebook and showed a video of a doorbell ring and my dogs reaction. The tech who finally came insisted on arguing with me and telling me I was wrong and trying to proove the other guy called or knocked. I invited him to step outside and ring the door bell he didn't want to. My dogs meal time is 1200. So I know for certainty they were in the livingroom at least. The conversation was me saying thanks for fixing it, this doesn't matter him trting to argue with me, me getting irritated. I finally asked him to leave and as he left he said "some people" under his breath. Like it was over and done with and I guess his attempt at what not getting yet another bad review only made him look extremely unprofessional. Learn to be a professional and stop arguing with people. Especially who are dying hot and have been without air or 3 days.

Our furnace evidently was not connected to the digital thermostat during the first cold spell. I called Arctic Air Service and they were here almost immediately. The problem was fixed in a short period of time and the amount charged was AMAZINGLY low. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have used them twice. We had American Home Shield and had to pay a $75 service call and X amount to add freon. Austin came out and 2 tech's. They cleaned the coils and added freon since our unit froze up. 1 of the techs punctured the linoleum. (Found it later). A year later, we ditched American Home Shield and paid $50 service fee. The High Texaa heat and humidity had our A/C running overtime. J.R. came out and showed and explained everything to my husband he was doing.. except for the linoleum incident, Weve had great customer service and quick in coming out to save us from the heat
