They installed a new heat pump, did a very good job installing it and the heat pump is doing a excellent job.
Two days and two phone calls before anyone would call us back. We told them we would like a quote for a new HVAC system. We were told Andrew would call us the next day. Two more days and a phone call later, we finally had an appointment for someone to come look at our current system. Great! We were told we would have a quote by the end of that day. Three days and three phone calls later, we still do not have a quote. We really wanted to give these guys a chance but I guess they are doing so well that they don't need our business.
Without a doubt the best HVAC company in the business. They are highly skilled with advanced training. They have come in and corrected other companies mistakes many times for me on different properties. I won’t do business with anyone else.
Honest reliable reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance and replacements.
The team at Arctic Air are the best! We needed to have our system replaced about 5 years ago. We called a few outfits and only got 3 responses; one turned out to be a high pressure sales visit. Of the other two only Arctic came with a good price. The quality of the work was high and the professionalism of the team was much appreciated. We signed up for their yearly maintenance routine; one low price for 2 check up visits per year (spring & fall). I have always been able to depend on them to show up when they say they will, which isn't something that can be said with every company. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We receive seasonal maintenance at both our residence and rental property. Andrew contacts us at the beginning of the Spring and Fall seasons to schedule maintenance services, mitigating any foreseeable issues that may arise. If unforeseen issues do arise, he is able to diagnose and address our issues promptly. He communicates all details effectively, and I take comfort in knowing I do not need to worry about our HVAC systems.
We have been a customer of Artic Air with multiple homes over 15 years. Buddy has already treated us great. Glad to know these fine folks.
Our system had been on the fritz for the last two years. We called them in, Andrew made an assesment and got us a part and installed that week...yay....buuuuut...next day, house is cold. Wife made a call and Andrew was back out, same day, found an additional issue and we are warm!
Arctic Air is locally owned and operated. They call back quickly and anytime I’ve needed them they come same day to investigate or cure my problem.
I jst had my brand spanking new unit installed, what a huge difference, James was the main installer awesome guy, they we very respectful and professional!!!
Best guys ever. My a.c. unit went out late Thurs night/Fri morning. Andrew came by to check out the problem Fri afternoon. It was the compressor. He had me a new unit here and installed within a few hours on Monday. This company has a better price quote and nicer people than any other I've worked with in the past. I highly recommend these guys!!!

I had a compressor ground out during a very busy week of the year and Artic Air jumped on the job quickly and efficiently. Replaced outdoor Goodman (junk) with a new Tempstar unit. Arrived at 9:15am and finished at 10:45am. Reasonable price and outstanding service. Hopefully I won’t need them soon, but I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! When my home warranty company sent a tech, they wanted to charge me $800. Arctic Air fixed it for under $300! James is pure awesomeness to work with!!! He has done all the repairs, and has saved my 14 year old unit twice. I finally had to break down and purchase a new unit last week and I got a very fair price and they did the install on a Saturday because we have a newborn and they didn't want us to wait for over a week. I wouldn't work with any other company!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!
