I was in a bind, trying to get a warranty claim covered for my AC and these guys came to the rescue last minute. They figured out a way to fit me in and get my parts ordered before the weekend. Extremely grateful and highly recommend these guys!!!!
The technician came at the time promised for both visits. He was polite and efficient and repaired my AC in a timely manner.

Great service from every angle. Bill was my tech and meticulous and professional in every aspect of the installation..answered all my questions. He placed dropcloths to protect my carpet for the air handler installation and thoroughly cleaned up after the install. The new unit is working GREAT! I will be contacting them for any HVAC help that I may need. The high quality of service from their office (thanks Kate) to the extraordinary service work of their techs ( thanks Bill) is increasingly rare nowadays. Service doesn't get any better than this. A great company to do business with.10 stars.

Professional service
First the Company was prompt after the previous AC Repair Man left us hanging high and dry, no explanation or anything. This Company showed up the very next Day, and even an Hour ahead of the scheduled time. I was expecting to only get a Assessment of the AC Work that needed to be done, but in all actuality the work was completed the same Day. The Gentleman that done the work, made sure to go over everything to get to the Core of the Problem, explaining to us what he did and what was going on every step of the way. He didn’t leave until the AC Unit was up and running again. He even went out of his way to finish the Work of re wrapping the exposed Wires the previous AC Repair Man left undone. I highly recommend this Company and will definitely us them again for any future AC Repair needs. A+++++ April 25th.2023 Had a Follow up Appointment as previously recommended with Bill, as always very professional he replaced all of our wiring in the pouring Rain and during a Thunderstorm nonetheless. I definitely recommend Arcadale Heating and Cooling. Also the Lady that took our call was very professional and helpful. You want your A/C repaired correctly You will not go wrong with this Company! The technician (Billl) did an outstanding job he quieted down the noise from the unit and went the extra mile to do the work and accomplished it with minimal parts and labor I am an engineer and I understand technical systems and I was impressed with his knowledge and his troubleshooting abilities I rarely give five stars but in this case it was well deserved
