Bobby and his team installed a split system in my (old) house, and I couldn’t be happier. They came out to make sure the unit was sized appropriately for my needs, and with growth of the system in mind, and then the work was completed in no time. The work itself was clean, inside and out. Where they had to do some drilling, they cleaned up after themselves to where you can’t see any drilling was done. Outside, the line hide was routed in the best possible way to be attractive (even if it wasn’t the easiest way). ARC will continue to be my go-to for any other needs no doubt.
I gave Arc Mechanical a call for my AC unit that wasn’t working, fearing they would be quick to tell me I needed to replace the whole AC unit. They showed up within minutes of the call and quickly diagnosed the problems and helped get the unit back to running and some tips to keep it running for much longer. By the time they left my AC was running better than it has in a long time. I will continue to use them for any HVAC needs.
Bob is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of all the products he installs. He explained everything step by step and his pricing was unmatched!! I highly recommend him to everyone!!!
Absolutely killed the install of the new furnace and air conditioner units! Was on time and had the job done before i knew it! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a new unit put in!
I called to have my air conditioner repaired on Monday, and realizing that this is an extremely busy time of the year for ARC I didn’t expect a service call for at least a few days. When I explained that my husband was ill, he could not have been more compassionate, the next day he arrived at my home after a busy day of work, and spent an hour in the rain working on my unit, even having to leave and go for parts. His kindness and professionalism was above and beyond what I expected!! I will continue to use Arc for all my heating and cooling needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional and personable company.

My AC went out on 6/21 and I contacted my home warranty company who assigned ARC mechanical as my contractor. They were supposed to contact me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. They have not contacted me to date (tomorrow will be a week). They have ignored both my and my home warranty company’s messages. Today I requested that I be assigned a new contractor. I was and the company has already called and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. THATS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. If you don’t want to contract for a home warranty company GET OFF THE LIST. Very unprofessional
I used this company to install a furnace and central AC unit for my house . The job was done in a timely manner and everything works great ! Will use again for any further Hvac needs
ARC Mechanical installed a new Bryant Furnace AC unit in our townhouse in April '23. Bob provided us with a clear idea of the installation timeframe and cost. We also liked that he coordinated for the old system to be recycled. We highly recommend ARC Mechanical if you are looking for a professional reliable and knowledgeable contractor for your home.
I give them no ⭐️ stars but I had to just to post. Absolutely terrible service! Unfortunately had to go threw our home shield to get appointment with this company. Had them come out $75 to check air conditioner. He came out and said the weeds had to be cleaned up around unit before looking at it. Which is fine. We cleaned them up and now they only hang up when either the Home Shield or my husband calls to reschedule. She even called while my husband and on the line just to get hung up on again. He was rude to our tenant the whole time he was there while she was showing him the unit and explaining what the problem was. He was on the phone the whole time while she was trying to talk to him.
I contacted ARC because I had an older Bryant mini split that had been giving us troubles for many years. Despite needing to replace the outdoor unit, Bob took the steps to properly diagnose the issue and walk me through what happened and what my options were. ARC was able to get my new unit installed cleanly and quickly. I will certainly consider calling ARC for any future HVAC needs.
Our home warranty company set is up with ARC Mechanical after filing a claim on April 7th. We spoke with the company, and they said they would call us right back to schedule an appointment for the following week. They never called back, and we called countless times and left 2 voicemails, and they never returned our call. Finally, on April 24th, after no contact, we called our warranty company again to try and rectify the situation. They AGAIN assigned us ARC mechanical, and we were told they couldn’t come out until today, May 8. This morning, 5 minutes after they were already supposed to be here, we got a TEXT message (not even a phone call) saying they are so behind from the past two weeks of weather, that they are unable to make it and must reschedule. If they are so behind, I’m certain that they knew that information long before our scheduled appointment time. Had they informed us earlier, my husband would not have had to miss yet ANOTHER day of work. I absolutely will not use/recommend ARC to anyone, and I finally got our home warranty company to agree to assign us a different company. Poor business practice, ARC.
Bobby showed up on time for an estimate, and answered all questions that I had. Smooth and quick installation of a air conditioner and furnace. Made sure everything was done right.

Our home warranty set us up with ARC after we initially had another contractor come out regarding a smell. Thankfully they did. The first contractor took a week to come out and told us our AC coil was omitting the smell due to its age; assuring us there was nothing to worry about. They checked NOTHING. When Bob with ARC came out, he ran a variety of tests and diagnosed that the furnace was putting out astronomical levels of CO outside as well as small amounts inside the mechanical room. He worked with the warranty company to expedite the claim and installed our new furnace (and ultimately AC) quickly and professionally. Thanks again Bob! Very grateful for your diligence, you have a customer for life.

Arc Mechanical, LLC was referred to me by my Home Warranty Company; regarding a gas leak with my furnace. Bob contacted me and came out to evaluate the situation. Bob was very straightforward informing me that basically the furnace was shot and needed replaced. At times, you wonder if certain contractors are trying to pad the bill, but Bob was very trustworthy and was correct. He ordered a new furnace and parts to complete the job. Outside of waiting for the supplier to deliver, once the parts arrived he took very good care of his customer. Bob actually came down with the flu and was too sick to perform the install on the scheduled day. I mentioned that it was getting colder and we have an elderly person living with us. He texted to notify me that although he couldn’t make it, he would send his partner out to install it be the end of the week. Zach came and was very upfront as well, explaining that the appliance was very old. Zach answered all of my questions and was all business, working hard to get the job done. He first said to check with him by mid-afternoon to see if he was finished. He came to be at 12:00 noon and said he was done. He did a really nice job replacing the furnace and making modifications to ductwork and gas lines to make it fit. Looks like it’s always been there. Did a real professional job and very easy to deal with. I appreciated the honesty of both men, and I would call in them again for any future work I might need. I highly recommend ARC Mechanical.
ARC handled my home warranty service for my broken AC. Bob contacted the home warranty and got the new AC delivered to him and installed at my house. Told me times he would be here, instead of 4 hour windows. So glad for his service.
Bob was very professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend his services. I went through my Home Warranty and he was the only one out of three that showed up and found the problem.
Bob was great he went out of his way to get my ac up and running asap because of the heat wave that hit he had my system running like new in two days which was awesome because waiting for parts these days takes time but Bob got on the phone and found what i needed and was able to come back with the part the next day and now i am relaxing in ice cold ac and its 90 degrees outside thanks again Bob i really appreciate it i would recommend Arc to anyone he does great work and cares about his clients thanks
