Replaced motherboard on a/c. Spent 4 hours trying to get the wires connected. He said the fan will run continuously but ok to use. Tried to convince me that it's better to run a/c compressor 24/7. I ha e to turn off the breakers to shut fan down. Anyway, he said "I'll call you Monday to schedule another call. That was 3 weeks ago..no calls has not responded to text messages.
Our A/C was going out and called these guys. Very professional and informative. They came and installed a new HVAC system within 48 hours of calling. They did an amazing job. Definitely my go to company for any HVAC issues. Very satisfied with the price as well.
We needed a 7 year old unit that AirExtreme installed, they didn't register the warranty and neither did we so we were forced to flip the bill for the whole thing. AirExtreme wanted 5100 dollars and couldn't figure out a reason to explain why it was so much more expensive than the last time to repair so we called Ar-Tron on a recommendation. Ar-Tron charged 2200 for it, and installed it in a way more professional manner. IN HALF THE TIME! Even addressed the placement I had mentioned a concern about, without me even being there to remind them. Thanks so much guys I hope you read this because I forgot to thank you for that! Also he registered my warranty for me so I have 10 years instead of 5 which in the first place would have saved me all this money.
I was having trouble with condensation in my attic, and Ar-Tron was the only company that didn’t want to put it off for a week. He was polite, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly came out when the unit needed serviced not a week later as most companies!
Used them last year, the older man was extremely rude and condescending, tried to tell me the issue was an air filter not 5 mins into his arguement with me as to why it was the air filter his co-worker a younger gentlemen walked in the house and said 'there's a hole in your air duck about as big a round as a soccer ball'. I had the younger guy come back and fix it. Figured I'd give them amother chance this yr called twice trying to get them out here first day said they'd be out and if they didn't show they'd come Thursday? So I waited all day at home for nothing, called thursday to make sure they'd be out said he didn't know, got super hateful and rude with me. Never again. That older man has no customer relation skills. I don't know what I was thinking giving him a 2nd chance.
Very fast, professional, clean and very good on information on saving energy and operating system. I would recommend Ar-tron .
