We had Aquila redo the heating for our house (and adding for an addition), replacing oil system with propane. Tony claimed we would save about 50% compared to our old oil system. So far after 6 months (and in a very mild winter) we've already spent a lot more than we had for oil for the whole year. So even after factoring in the extra space we are spending more for heating when we were led to believe the system would be more efficient.
Tech right on time, polite & professional, solved my furnace issue within minutes & had my furnace up & running!

This business is professional, timely, knowledgable and efficient. They answer calls immediately. They do what they say they will. They provide updates on arrival. Arrive on time. Do a complete job. They have great management and a customer focus second to none. I cannot recommend a business more.
Aquila Heating & Cooling exceeded our expectations. Aquila recently completed our oil to gas conversion, installed a tankless hot water heater, removed all old equipment (even the large oil tank!), and upgraded our AC unit. From the consultation to the completed project, Aquila was extremely professional. All Aquila employees arrived on time, were knowledgable, and very courteous. The cleanup of the project was great - you would not even know work was done in my basement. We can not thank Aquila enough. My husband and I look forward to working with Aquila in the future for all of our heating & cooling needs. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Arrived on time, very courteous and thorough with the service call.
The service technician was on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem - frozen system and a broken blower motor. I called and they showed up within 24 hours right before the July heatwave of 2022 hit us. Also, in 2008, after a lot of research I chose Aquila Heating and Cooling to convert from oil to gas. I was so impressed that I have used them ever since and recommend them whenever I am given the chance. Jim
