Super impressed with this company. They came for a burst pipe when I could not even get ahold of other companies. Came exactly when they said, did the work quickly and charge a fair price. Really nice technician and would definitely use this company again. Best plumbing service I've used so far.
One of the few places that even answered the phone when it was -10°F. Had someone out to my house in a couple of hours. The service tech was nice and got the job done. I'll be calling them with all my HVAC needs from now on.
We called Aquidneck Services to repair a portable heater after we could not get it to stay running. They came out within a couple of days, as it was not an emergency, and diagnosed and repaired the unit within an hour. The tech was professional and quick to diagnose and repair the problem.
The only company I have called that was there the next day! John was thorough and friendly. He explained everything that was done and very professional! Highly recommend them.

I was really happy with our experience replacing our furnace with Aquidneck Services! Simon was super responsive and knowledgeable and spent the time explaining all of our options and I really appreciated that! I would recommend using them!
Incredibly happy with the level of service and thoroughness they went through on my thermopride furnace. Aquidneck technician took his time to properly clean and service, replace burner cone, smaller nozzle and fan speed. Unit is running properly and much quieter - no more short cycling!
My business needed Propane exterior piping repaired due to a leak. I called several Plumbers in the area and none were bold enough to take on the job, causing me stress, aggravation, and time wasted. On top of that, this issue came during a time where the winter season had just changed, and this and other companies were backed up. After calling, Katie explained this to me, and explained that she would contact me back once a slot filled open. She did and a very professional team of two came and looked at the piping a few days later. They explained what they would be doing and went out and bought the tools they needed and repaired the pipe in a few hours. I also had some other unrelated piping issues and the tech was eager to take a look at it for me and attempted to help remedy the situation, and also said he would have his boss provide me with a quote. I will eventually call them again to take care of the other issues, because they were very professional and confident, unlike the 2 other contractors that came by. Great service! Will do business again.
Had a recall service needed on our high efficiency boiler. They contacted me right away to discuss what was needed and to schedule a service call. On-time and friendly! Work was done well and quickly. Impressive service!
Thank you for always putting the customers first. Simon, the owner, has demonstrated how important it is to take care of his customers. I had a gas leak coming from my hot water take, so the gas company turned off my gas. One phone call to Aquidneck and my gas leak issue was repaired (and restored) within the hour. After the hot water tank repair I decided to have Aquidneck install a new tankless hot water system. The tankless system was installed in one day. Aquidneck left my property clean and ready for the city inspection. Aquidneck does such an amazing job interacting with customers and performs such quality work. Next, I am having a new forced hot air/ac system installed. I also referred Aquidneck Services, LLC to my daughter after she closed on her first home. Simon did a terrific job checking out her gas and water lines and with making all necessary repairs (or replacements) to her heating system, hot water tank installation, facet replacement, etc.—my daughter has now marked Aquidneck as her go to company for any future plumbing or HVAC concerns.
