Jon did a fantastic job installing my REME HALO LED. Air feels nice, light and clean. A folks in our home have been staying happy and health have not been getting sick. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs. He doesn’t charge an arm and a leg either so pricing is very fair! He is also extremely pleasant to talk to. It was a great time guys.
My wife and I were in need of furnace repair and we found Jon on Google. We had a difficult repair because our furnace was working intermittently. Jon was able to accurately diagnose the problem and came back the next day with the replacement part and got the furnace back on line. I appreciate that he was able to fix our older unit rather than try to sell us a new one, although I'm sure he would have been able to do that if we had chose to. The whole process ended up being faster and less expensive than we expected. We definitely held on to his business card and will not hesitate to use him in the future.
They installed a whole house fan. They were fast, friendly and easy to work with, I recommend for sure...
As A small Businessman myself I can really appreciate GREAT customer service. Jon was a fresh breath of air when it came to over all customer service. His prices are lower and the service better by far than other companies. He got to use in a very timely manner and took care of an elderly friend of ours. I found John online and I only looked at those with good reviews.Our HVAC heater finally died, but it was time, it was 54 years old. John returned my call right away and came and gave us a bid shortly after that. He is very friendly and informative explaining everything to us. He helped us with the decision of what type to get. We decided on the two-stage model which would save us a little on heating costs. The day of installing our heater he was 3 minutes early for our appointment which is unheard of in my experience. I was very impressed with that. He worked till the work was done. I am very pleased with his services and would recommend him to my friends. I am so happy in my warm, toasty home now. Thank You John!

Professional service. Excellent workmanship. Great communication. Competitive Prices. Jon upgraded our 30 year old furnace with a two-zone high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and full house air cleaner. The HERS rating increased from 30% loss to 7% loss. I would highly recommend this company.
Had a crisis when the pilot light went out in my 1983 furnace....got thru it, but decided the furnace needed maintenance. Went to Home Advisors and Jon from Applied Mechanical Services was the first to call within 5 minutes. Set up a service call and he was timely, friendly, did great work. Will be calling him for all future heating and cooling needs.
Applied Mechanical Services has excellent service. I have used them to install forced heating and air conditioning in two of my properties. They are friendly and professional taking pride in their work. They were quick and thorough from start to finish. They are my go to for heat/AC. Thanks Jon.

Jon's work is exceptional. He knows heating and air conditioning and the dynamics of air flow. We live in a house built in the early 80s with high vaulted ceilings in the two major rooms. We've put up with cold, dead air pockets in all the rooms and hot, miserable days and nights during heat waves. He completely redesigned our heating and venting system and added air conditioning about a month ago. We have used both systems since then and could not be more pleased. His work in well organized and attention to detail stands out. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Jon did a great job with our air conditioner unit. He actually gave us a more honest quote than others. He did the job quickly, which saved us on labor cost. He gave us the proposal on the spot and provided us with an invoice when he was done. We will definitely use this company in the future for any other air conditioner needs/services. Thank you Jon!
