This company misrepresented themselves saying their technician “Mark” was licensed/certified to work on Samsung appliances. We had Mark come out to address our issue. Ultimately his work did not resolve our underlying issue. When we attempted to call Mark back to discuss this with him he was nowhere to be found. We contact this company directly and told us that the work was not under warranty (even though Mark told us it would be) because all he did was a “cleaning”. Mark assessed our washing machine and determined that the drainage hose was too long and needed to be shortened. He replaced the hose with a shorter one and told us to contact him if this did not resolve our problem (see above). I am posting this to let others know about our experience and to give this company the opportunity to address what I feel has been terrible follow up and customer service after they happily accepted our money. Additionally - I want to mention to any future customers that you should make sure that your technician is certified/licensed by the manufacturer of your appliance before you have them come to your home and take your money... My wife and I feel like we have been taken advantage of and I don’t want this to happen to others.
Yesterday when I found my fridge was dead I was kinda in stress cause I worried of my food. Likely this guys made my day - I called them, made an appointment, tech came by same day. Did a magic repair. Gave me a warranty. 5 stars Another project was ok too. But the guy couldn’t get the part as fast as he promised. So 4 stars for now.
This was awesome! I had a stackable Samsung washer that I was using heavily for years almost every day. On Sunday it stopped working - the machine didn’t drain anymore! I had used Appliance Repair Champions before for my other Samsung Dryer. They were super quick to respond on a Sunday night! And had a super flexible schedule, I could pick anything between between 11am and 9pm on Tuesday, 2 days later — awesome! Danny and Steve were right on time and communicated well. They worked very hard and the problem was fixed within 45 minutes, despite having to disassemble the stacked units from a tiny dirt room. They cleaned all up afterwards, really nice I will definitely use them again!
We had a problem with our Whirlpool washing machine which couldn’t finish a cycle due to F21 error. So we called these guys to help us out. Danny and Derek arrived the very next day and fixed our machine. The problem was in the drain pump which they have replaced. Now our washer is just like new again. Thank you very much guys. We highly recommend their services
Amazing service! My stackable LG washer was leaking soapy water and damaging my floor. Danny and Derek came out the same day. They found the problem -- we needed a new sealant -- and fixed it without having to order parts. They were very friendly and easy to work with - and explained everything at every step of the way. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Champion if you need a repair!
Danny and Derrick had to come out twice due to a couple communication issues on my family's end but were very professional and quick to do their jobs. The company was able to fit us in on a day's notice 2 days in a row because we missed our first appointment. The were able to get right to it and fix our water heater for us ASAP when others have taken days in the past.
Great service. Ivan was great in troubleshooting and disclosing the problem.

Awesome service! Patrick came on Saturday to help with my Samsung fridge, which all of a sudden stopped cooling and the temperature jumped up to 54F. It took him 15 min to figure out the fuse went off and he replaced it right away. Everything was easy and hassle free. Yes, I would recommend their services.
Those guys are pretty fantastic. I had troubles with my dishwasher Frigidaire, it worked for 8 seconds and just stopped. Was referred to this service by my friend. Called them, and the service engineer George was here within 40 mins! Wow! The work was done efficiently. And they didn't try to overcharge me. Thank you!
