Great service
My heater started acting up while it was snowing so I called appliance doctor they were here within the hour looked everything over explained to me what was going on and how much everything would cost he had it fixed in no time and my heater is now performing better than it ever has since I’ve lived here. Very fast and knowledgeable tech would use again and recommend.
Good honest repair
I called several others and they were the first to state that they WOULD work on Samsung refrigerators. The technician came out promptly, explained why we had the icing issues with our Samsung refrigerator, provided good recommendations to fix it, and we did it. It took a day to "thaw out" but the fix worked and I thought that the fees were very reasonable. I know that I will use them again.
I've used Appliance Doctor for years and they're always prompt, courteous and get the repair done perfectly. Very fair in pricing as well. Highly recommend.
From the office help to the service team, just a no for me.
The first guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing and said my furnace was under my house, it's an older ac/heater all in one unit. Terry came out to look at my furnace at my property, gave me the quote which I thought was too high, so I asked him to put my unit back together so I can get a second opinion and to charge me his service call fee. He pulled the part out of the unit so the other guy can't get parts numbers on it and left the unit in parts. I would highly stay away from these people.
My furnace was not working and call appliances doctor and they came out that morning and had to replace my furnace and done it in a guickly manner, I highly recommend them and they were very informative......

My mother's furnace went out, and she called these guys. They told her it was one thing, replaced it, and charged her. The furnace still didn't work. They told her it was another thing and left for the day. Trying to save money, she bought the part and installed it herself. The furnace still didn't work. She called this company again, Terri said he would come out that day. He never showed, and now is dodging my mother's calls. Summary- This company lied to my mother and left her in the cold!
READ OTHERS REVIEWS TOO! I bet the only good reviews are from fake accounts. Worst customer service EVER! Called On Friday, told I'd get call...nope. Called Monday & was scheduled For Tuesday. Was told I'd get a call & if not reached would call my wife. NEVER called. I call them & the guy does nothing but argue. "You didn't call us For 5 days". BRO, I work for a cell company. You want call records? You know good & well your guy didn't call. You should be more concerned about your employees & less with making them prove they really do their job! The other bad reviews are the same. I feel like these people are scum
Provider agreed to call 20 minutes before arrival so we could meet him at location of repair. He called at 11am stating "I'll be there in 2 minutes" .... when informed that it would be 20 minutes before we could get there he said, "just forget it then and hung up". The technician would not answer a return call and a call to Steve, the manager, got no results. When told that we were between a rock and a hard place because if they didn't come fix our oven today we'd have to wait another 2-3 days to schedule someone else his response was, "I don't care who you pick, why don't I refer you to someone else". So after waiting 3 days to get someone out, they hang up on us and choose not to provide service because we couldn't be there in 2 minutes when we had agreed upon a 20 minute call. The person living in this house will now be without an oven for at least another day while we get someone else.
***BEWARE*** Was charged $538.28 for an AC fan that retails for $90 on the web. Was taken advantage of on a hot summer day. That didn't even include the labor which was an additional $125. Please check the price of parts very close. Went into the store to see if it was a mistake and told "Sorry, you agreed with the estimate". Unwilling to make it right. Please be careful.
TOTALLY RECOMMEND: My A/C stop working last night / @ 7:30 and and 8am I start calling everyone. The office of Appliance Doctor was very nice and send someone right at way at 8:20am, knocking at my door to fix my A/C problem. The service call was $50.00 (good for 30days) and the technician work right away. I have 1YR warranty on the parts. EXCELLENT!! @ 9:00am I have A/C, Cool for the hot time of summer, thanks to the ADI, for fast service and GOOD price. No emergency cost like some others....
Definitely a reliable a trust-worthy company especially when dealing with large home appliances
