Our ac unit stopped working and came home to an 81 degree house. We've had hvac work done through Apple before. My boyfriend called them this morning at 9 and within 2.5 hours our ac was working great for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone!

I called Apple Heating and cooling at approximately 7:30am and Before noon Ron and Austin were at my door. They completed an inspection of my current system which is original to the home (about 20 years old) and informed me on what the current issue was. Now, I expected someone to come in and say “looks like you need a brand new system” but they gave me an honest review and some warnings for future issues. They had my system working in less than 45 minutes from the time they knocked on my door. I’m beyond satisfied with the customer service, the honesty, and how quick they took care of the issues. Used this company twice over the pass 3 months due to my system being old. Ron and others are very professional and friendly. always giving the extra mile on satisfaction in their work. both times when the system went down they came out in a timely matter including weekends. next year I'll be having them giving me a quote for a new system install.
Our air conditioning stopped working during the night. We called several companies, who were either closed for the weekend or unavailable due to other calls. Ron Apple, the owner of the company, answered my call and arrived within half an hour. Luckily, we only needed a fuse changed, which Ron took care of immediately, while also advising us we need to keep our system clean, as that was the cause of the overload. Anytime we need any type of air conditioning service, there is no question Ron would be our first call.
Our AC died and it was old so we had Apple put in a new system. I should’ve done my due diligence and done more research on the quality of brands of AC/furnace combos. I went with the lower priced system (Goodman). After they left, I attempted to cool my house down to 75° and the lowest it got was 77 and then started to go up. The outside temperature was 100° and dry. The house was 80° at initial start up. I discovered a lot of cool air escaping through the furnace in more than one location. I called Apple and they sent a technician the next day. She added a little water to the P-trap and started taping places where air was escaping (I had to continue taping leaks after she left.) She also checked the refrigerant level and discovered it overfilled and took some out. She advised that this could cause a problem with efficiency. I added a new system in a prior house and it had no issues whatsoever In the approximate eight years that we remained there. That brand was American Standard. This is a nice, honest, family owned business but I would’ve been happier had the job been done right the first time with a proper refrigerant level and no leaks out of the furnace.

TL;DR - honest company, great employees, immediate service, quality work We’ve used Ron and Apple Heating and Cooling since we bought our home five years ago, and in all that time, the company has been exceptional! We’ve limped along with a heater that’s been failing for a couple years now, and the entire time Apple has worked with us to make fixes to delay the purchase of a new heater. Everything was up to us, and they supported every decision we made with no sales pressure to add work or new equipment. Our heater did finally fail, and Apple was at the house diagnosing the issues within hours of calling for help. They walked us through choosing the best heater for the house, and we did call around for second opinions. Everyone agreed with the diagnosis, so never once did Apple tell fibs to sell a service! They were truthful and honest, and their prices are fair and competitive. They helped us arrange everything, and within days of setting everything up, the team was at the house to install the heater. By my count, they were at my house for six hours, working straight through, even though I suggested they take breaks. However, the Apple wouldn’t quit until the job was done! They were considerate and kind, and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. The job was clean and the new heater area is well organized and easy to get to. They arranged everything with the inspection, and the whole thing was just seamless and easy. And Ron went above and beyond! After thinking about our old house, he gave me a call later to suggest other things we could do to maximize our heat/cold retention and cut down our bills. All of his suggestions were not related to his services, either, but things we could do on our own. He clearly explained the do it yourself work, taking time out of his busy day to make sure our needs were met, even though he would not be doing the work. Ron did a fabulous job, showed up on time worked all day without stopping for lunch completed the install in 1 day and even though he did some extra stuff he never asked for one penny more. I have used other companies in the past but I will stay with Apple heating and cooling from here on out. Ron really knows his business And doesn't waste any time or material. The best part of the entire experience is he is considerably lower in price than any of the other companies. I

Had water leaking from the a/c unit. A neighbor had used Apple Heating & Cooling a few times and recommended them. HVAC technician "Terry" came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us at a great price. Terry was very friendly and professional. Very happy to support a local business. Would recommend.

Apple Heating & Cooling are simply the best! Ron and his team are knowledgable and professional. Looking for an HVAC company to give you reliable information on your current system or a new one, Apple is the answer. No gimmicks trying to get you to buy new equipment if you don't need it. Need a new system, Apple works to get you something in your budget. They do HVAC systems and so much more!
He is a super nice guy. However, the brand new system he installed was malfunctioning from last summer. I had him come out several times. He kept saying it was normal. Our last power bill was 400. He finally figured out it was running AC and emergency electric heat at the same time. We have to pay the 400 and he didn't offer to play a dime of it. The heat pump he installed is a Goodman.

Great company to work with and they always treat their customer's as their top priority. We have them come to our house anytime we are in need of a service or repairs. I also recommend them to all of my customers as well because of how much trust I have in them!
