I have used Apple A/C and Heat Services twice now. Today’s occurrence my motor/blower in my unit inside went out. Each and every time Jon came through when I needed him same day and fixed the issue. I will continue to refer people to him. Everyone else that came out told me I needed to replace my inside unit the first time when I called Jon he told me that may not be the case and let him come and check out what was going on. The unit did not need to be replaced and he repaired what needed to be repaired. It’s hard these days to find honest hardworking people and that’s who Jon is and I thank him for that. If you are looking for a company that will do RIGHT BY YOU, Apple A/C and Heat Services is that company.
Rarely will I take the time to review - but. Holy Cow! This service tech and company went out of their way to help me out over the 4th of July. Honest, timely and empathetic - going forward I will use them exclusively. Thank you!

AC was out early morning, I gave them a call and John answered the phone 6 AM on a weekend! After only a 2 hour time frame John was already here and working. I ask a lot of questions and he was very informative and helpful. He showed me how to even unclog drain pipes and told me what to do to maintain my unit while he worked, including explaining how my system works and why we have increased humidity in the house recently. Prices were very good as well. Didn’t hurt my pocket and we have cool air again! Apple A/C has a lifelong customer due to this interaction. Thank you!

John and his guys are the best! We have used them for years for our commercial properties in Dallas, and he always comes through! They are currently installing my split window unit, the parts came in much quicker than I was expecting and they came first thing in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

John and company were fantastic! We had a had a system damaged by thieves and they were able to come right out and get it back up and going on a short notice.
I believe i was scammed. You told me my central heat had been fixed but two weeks after, it was messed up again.
John was very communicative and professional and was on time. He diagnosed the problem and did research on the unit in my home (which is ancient) on something he hadn’t seen and I appreciated that. He did the work promptly and explained the issue. Thank you for your professionalism.

First off I had been going through an issue with my heating system that no one was able to figure out so far until I found this company. At first I was weary about calling a big company however I saw that this company has NO BAD REWIEWS AT ALL which was an awesome sign of SUCCESS. John came to my residence and resolved the problem in no time. He was patient and understanding when I told him about the issue and that it turns off randomly. He actually listened to my concerns and did a great job. He left my house perfect with my heater working and ready for the cold temps. 1000% recommend JOHN remember the name !
Quality is a wonderful thing. John is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to give me all the information needed to make an informed decision for a new unit and wha to do if i just wanted to repair my older unit. I will definitely refer him to anyone that i know needs HVAC work and replacement.
