I definitely give this company 5 stars! They are extremely professional, reliable with excellent customer service. They really do what’s best for the customer. It is so nice to have a company that you can trust! I have worked with many HVAC companies and have never had this top level experience. The owner really cares about providing the best service to the customer which is rare to find these days! I highly recommend Appalachian Comfort!
Professional and exceptional service. High quality work. We had a poor experience with a previous contractor that left a job unfinished. Not only did Appalachian Comfort provide high quality work, they were able to fix the previous job, get us up and running, and inspected promptly.
Josh and all of Appalachian Comfort Systems and Controls were great! I would highly recommend them for any situation. They quickly installed our split unit system with no issues and within our timeline. They've also helped with our maintenance and I couldn't recommend them more!

They were professional. They installed our new unit the same day it arrived. Cant believe the difference in the feel of the air. Would recommend them anytime. They even fixed issues that we didnt know about.
We can't thank Appalachian Comfort enough! As a property manager, the most difficult problem has been our HVAC systems. My clients deserve flawless heating and cooling and that's what Josh and his team have delivered. Now under their scheduled maintenance program, I no longer have to think about it.
I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. Prompt, courteous, and capable. He quickly figured out an electrical problem for us that we needed fixed for an upcoming garage door opener install. Had everything wrapped up quickly, no fuss. I have had electricians give us the hard-sell before and none of that here. Josh answered what questions I had honestly. We will definitely use them again.
Josh was able to work us into his schedule at the last minute and showed up on time. He was extremely polite and had the job finished quickly. We called Josh as a back-up when our regular electrician was booked out for months, but we will be calling him first from here on out!
Josh was on time, personable, and did quality work for a reasonable price. A trustworthy business, which is hard to find these days. Very thorough and made sure the job was done right the first time.

I had been looking for a company to service my air conditioning unit, and after calling multiple companies I decided to give them a try and i'm thankful i did. I booked an appointment and the technician Josh arrived on time, provided excellent customer service and my A/C is obviously working much better. I would highly recommenced giving these folks a call and scheduling your next appointment.
Appalachian Comfort Systems replaced my whole unit. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. He came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a friend of mine. From our first phone call I knew he was going to take great care of me. After shopping around for several estimates he had the BEST price hands down! Not only was the unit installed in a timely manner Josh has followed up with several phone calls to make sure everything was ok and i was satisfied. Called for yearly maintenance service. Very prompt. Impressed with the quality of work and I considered the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with Heating and Cooling needs.

I was so impressed with the prompt, professional and courteous service that I received from Josh! Another company that I have used before and called was booked up until July but Josh was able to come out less than 24 hrs after I called him and he had my air conditioning repaired within a couple of hours. He even called to follow up later that evening to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend him!!!
Fantastic experience! My AC unit started freezing up just 2 days before my family was leaving on vacation. Called around town to other local HVAC companies and was told it would be July before anyone could come out to check the unit. Called Appalachian Comfort on Thursday evening and they were at my house Friday at noon! The owner Josh Brock was very professional and thourough. Got my unit working that evening! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for future needs!
