My heating and ac units just hit 20 years and what could’ve been a nightmare to deal with as each began to break from years of use….was the exact opposite. I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Pricing, professionalism, knowledgeable, quality of work… all top notch!
Clifford has been so helpful through this repair. The problem was a little difficult to diagnose but he listened and found the issues I was having with the system. The office staff has also been very helpful and responsive through this process. Thanks so much.

This business is not good. They dont pick up calls and they told the warranty they would come today
I worked with Clifford from Aplus Air Experts and he was professional, timely and took his time to diagnose and made sure repair was good before leaving the job site. Had many home issues for the past few yrs and technician like Clifford is not common. He did not try to add additional issues got right to the point and went above and beyond to repair and made sure my family had working AC before weather warmed up. I highly recommend him and his company.
Aplus Air is a wonderful group who not only does good work the first time. Aplus Air has great customer service with follow up days after to make sure everything is operating properly.

Critical: Quality I had Clifford the tech work on one unit at my house it took over a month and a half for the job to be completed ... And once A Plus air receive the part I need Clifford dropped off to tech to my home to start the job . the two men that he dropped off started working on the INCORRECT AC UNIT . JUST SO HAPPEN I WAS WORKING FROM HOME AND MY OFFICE IS LOCATED DOWN STAIR FACE THE WINDOW NEAR THE UNITS AND I WAS ABLE TO SEE . ONCE I NOTICE THAT THE WORKER WAS ON THE INCORRECT UNIT ( REALLY WORKING ON THE WRONG UNIT ) I KNOCK ON THE WINDOW TO INFORMED THEM THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORKING ON THE INCORRECT UNIT ). OMG NOW THE UNIT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY NOT WORKING IS WORKING AND THE UNIT THAT WAS WORKING JUST FINE AND WAS WORKED ON IN ERROR IS NOW NOT WORKING. BEWARE ... THEY FIX OT BRAKE TO KEEP COMING ........BEWARE WARNING !!!! AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS NOT PROFESSIONAL , NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE ....NEVER !!!!!!!

Clifford has been a great person to work with. His service is great and he is always on time and he is very reasonable with prices. Their have been times when I just needed an answer about heating or cooling and he would always take my calls and help.
