This is hands down down the best company. Professional and efficient. Owner is am outstanding guy and takes care of his customers. 10\10 best in town. His installs are flawless.
If I could give APEX more stars I would. Their customer service is outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Apex for all your HVAC needs.
I’ve used Apex several times and have always been pleased with the quality of work, price, and their professionalism. They kept my old a/c unit going for an extra season, saving me money when things were tight. When the system finally died Donnie gave me a great quote and showed up on time and installed a completely new system for thousands less than anyone else I talked to. The workmanship is top notch, and the professionalism and customer service is second to none. Apex has me as a customer for life!

I could not be more pleased with Apex HVAC. I left a message on Wed and Donnie Hurst the owner called me within an hour. He came out the next day and gave me a quote that beat two of our local big HVAC companies by $1800. Donnie told me that he has a small crew and low overhead, unlike those big companies with the fancy vehicles. Donnie and his crew showed up on time on Saturday and installed the new HVAC replacement in our pool house. After installation, he took the time to show me how to operate and program the new thermostat, and explained that he would register the the unit/warranty (10yr). Then he and his crew were off to another job. Oh, they take credit cards, even Amex, no extra charge. Donnie is a hard working, small business owner and I am just so impressed. Good bye Batchelor and Hansen, I have found my HVAC service provider!
Honest. Reliable. Affordable. Apex has been absolutely amazing to work with! We have called for several different issues and it’s always taken care of immediately! Communication has been so easy, and he always shows up when he says he will! We won’t use anyone else.
