Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Alton is very professional and is great at communicating to you as a person with any issues or suggestion's that he has. Pam in office is also great and very responsive with scheduling. They were very safe in the house and wore mask and gloves the entire time. Will continue to work with them in the future as they are always on time and do great work at a reasonable price.
I had them come out and place a hook up for my new jacuzzi/outside space. I had to cancel a few times due to the delay in the delivery of the jacuzzi. They were so patient. Once I had a delivery date they put us right on the schedule so there wouldn't be a delay for hookup. Amazing crew, professional, sharp, reasonable with price, and very pleasant to work with.
These guys were great. Reasonable rates and great customer service. I had them fix/rewire 2 different outlets and drop a new outside outlet and light fixture. They were on time and quick. I will definitely call them for any future electrical needs.
There needs to be a sixth star to accurately review the service we received from APC! Alton Copeland, a master electrician, and his son came on time and went right to work with a friendly, professional attitude. They explained the work they were doing as they moved along (including showing us an outlet that had previously shorted out behind the wall, out of sight). The charge was quite reasonable and their suggestions for future maintenance was appreciated. Mr. Copeland is also a master air conditioning technician, so now we have one phone number for all our heating, air conditioning and electrical services - APC. Bill Perkins, Austin

APC was recommended for remodeling electrical work when we moved to Austin in 2010. Since then, APC has serviced our AC/ heating unit annually at our home and also a rental home. They have done a number of electrical upgrades and fixed any problems we've had over the past 7 years. All work has been promptly scheduled, priced reasonably, and no work has ever required an additional visit. I highly recommend them.
i have used this company for 8+ years- if you want highly professional honest work, executed extremely well and the job fully explained this is the company for you! and did i mention they are exceptionally clean, too!

I was extremely please with the quick response & service from APC Service Pros. What started out as a small problem developed to being a larger problem which was identified by APC as they proceeded into the repair work. They patiently worked through until all problems were resolved. I appreciate their sticking to resolution & perfecting the issues. I highly recommend this company for their service and honesty.
