Apache Heating and Air Conditioning is nothing short of spectacular. I was having an issue with an A/C unit that had malfunctioned. When I called him, he offered me an appointment the next morning. He came exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within 45 minutes. I am beyond impressed. On top of that, he's a genuinely kind person and honest. I only have good things to say and highly recommend him.
Apache has serviced my plumbing/heating/air conditioning maintenance/installations since 2016. I can say its always been professional quality workmanship and A1 service. They have an excellent reputation in my community. Most importantly reasonable competitive rates! This company gets it done right the first time and stands by their work. Offers emergency services. I highly recommend Apache.
We had our dryer vent cleaned and they went out of their way to make sure everything else was in good shape. Very professional and kind!! Would definitely recommend!

Dean and the team showed up on time to clean my hvac and ducts. They did I a thorough and great job. Dean was always honest about his findings. He ensured my system was put back together. They all cleaned up after themselves as well. Overall, great job. I’d recommend them.
I have worked with Dean over the past several years. He is always responsive and prioritizes emergency situations. A few years ago my hot water heater went down right around the new year. Dean was here and installing a new one in no time. Most recently I followed Dean’s recommendation to obtain a free Nest thermostat from the PSE&G marketplace. Dean worked me into his busy schedule to do the installation & walked me through using the app to make sure the transition was seamless. Thanks to Dean I have now joined the 21st century 😊
I used Dean for a vent installation for a dryer. Dean was professional, responsive, and thorough in his explanation. We bought our new unit from Pc Richards in Wayne and they left us in a bind. Dean came in assessed the situation and fixed the problem in 2 hours. We will be offering Dean all of our business for HVAC going forward.
Dean has done a number of jobs in my house - he is very professional, respectful and responsive. Very happy with the quality of the work performed. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
I would venture say that we all have stories to tell about repairmen, etc. The stories can fill a book. About seven years ago I needed someone to clean dryer vents. That was my lucky day. Dean arrived, on time, and went to work. Not only did he clean the vents but he suggested ways to make everything more efficient. I was not going to lose him. I asked if he could check the ac. And that began our relationship with Dean. If my husband had a question, call Dean. The years passed. This past spring, on a very hot day ,I turned the AC on. It didn't work. Call Dean. He arrived shortly after. The ac was almost 20 years old. Because of the pandemic, parts and units were not easily available. Dean knew that this was a health problem for me. That same day, he managed to locate what he needed and he started to prepare for installation. How many times have you called someone and made an appointment only to have them not show up? This is a long overdue review. Dean installed a brand new Airconditioning unit almost a year ago and he did check the whole system including the furnace. Our unit is still blowing cold air during summer and fall and our heater still blows hot air during winter. He’s very thorough, professional and takes the time to answer questions instead of just brushing you off. He also gave me a fair price. He could’ve said to replace the whole system (including heating furnace) but he didn’t (he could’ve made more money by doing so). Overall, a great transaction. Highly recommend his services.
It was the Sunday after New Years and my new Rheem furnace decided not to heat the house. The air was blowing cold. Dean fit me in the same day and came to diagnose the problem. He was was able to get the heat started but didn't stop there. He knew there was something wrong and suggested to replace a part. Thank God it was still under warranty and he helped me through the process. He got the replacement part and it was replaced the next day. Thankfully everything went smoothly with obtaining the replacement, I know sometimes that is not the case, but either way Dean was knowledgeable and cordial and was genuinely looking to help.
i had called regarding issues with my dryer vent, I have used there service many times before including air conditioner and heating Dean made time to come just shortly after our call. He looked through everything, explained the situation thoroughly, and was very transparent about the services required Afterwards, he took the time to walk through everything with me to prevent any future problems. I'll definitely call back in the future . I highly recommend this company
Most people don’t lay awake at night with HVAC on their minds - but when my AC broke, it was 86 degrees outside, my house was for sale and I had showings and open houses lined up, that’s EXACTLY what was on my mind. Thank god for Dean. I called him and he was able to re-arrange his schedule and come that same day to check out the problem. He put in extra time to track down the short in my system, and then did his best to fix the wiring to re-start it ASAP for our showings. When that wasn’t possible, he was able to get the necessary part and install it within 48 hours. He was extremely communicative with me throughout the entire process, and really went above and beyond to help us. He was a true lifesaver!!
Apache Air Solutions has been great over the many years we've used them. Dean in particular has provided excellent service for more than fair prices. Furthermore, he has numerously made quick, short-notice visits when my hot water heater blew and a/c needed to be serviced. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services and plan to use them for any future issues that arise!
Dean & his team were so great. He is reliable and dependable and really took his time to help me understand everything that needed to be done with my system. He gave me a date and a time frame and was there when he said he would be. He was not only efficient but extremely professional and personable. I've had excellent experiences with Dean at Apache. He's responsive and calls you day of to confirm the time frame and let you know when he's on his way. He's repaired my central AC unit and cleaned my dryer vent twice. Additionally, he's giving me tips to help maintain my dryer and AC.
