Chris was professional, honest, on time, & charged a fair price. I checked with other companies who wanted to charge a much higher price for the same service. I'm glad I found Apache. I'll call Chris for any work I need done in the future.
Chris came out to diagnose issues on 5/13/2022 we were having with water being in places it shouldn’t be. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how things work on a general level and where the source of my problem was. Turns out I had two separate issues that I can fix myself. No pressuring sales pitch for additional services or scare tactics, just sharing of his knowledge and experience, presenting options, and letting me as the homeowner make the call on what I should do to correct it. Absolutely will be my first call if I ever have an HVAC-related need again. Thanks Chris!
Chris is great and will be honest and upfront with what you might be facing. Always pleased to have him out to maintain our HVAC system and help with service needs.

Initial contact thru home warranty that Chris determined required a capacitor to get unit cooling. Next day service during heat of summer. would recommend for all AC/Heat needs. Good communication even "after hours" to let us know status of service call.

I saw Chris and Apache Heating & Air recommended by many on the next-door app. I called and he had an opening and came right over for maintenance of our system and help hooking up my common wire for my nest thermostat. Chris said he likes to keep things running before trying to replace anything. I highly recommend him for maintenance or repair. Will gladly be using him and Apache in the future.
Our unit was not producing any air let alone cold air. We called on a Sunday and Chris Page came out within 30 minutes. He accessed the situation, checked everything thoroughly, found the problem and fixed everything within an hour. His rate was reasonable and he was very professional. He put us at ease right away. We will definitely be using Apache again in the future if we have any AC or Heating issues and we will definitely refer any friends or neighbors to his company. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a Heat and Air Company.
Chris came out immediately after Home Warranty was contacted and our new a/c unit was installed today. It's wonderful to have cold air. We didn't realize how bad the old a/c had gotten until now. What a delightful young man that first rang our doorbell......He had a big smile and was eager to tackle our Air Conditioning issues! He diagnosed the problem and decided it needed to be replaced.......after spending a few days with the unit only cooling for a few outs then....crash again! Chris kept in touch almost hourly, checking our cooling status. After a few trips he pinpointed our problem to the Coil ....which he replaced and Bingo.....it’s been Cool and holding to whatever temperature we want! Apache Air is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter how many trips are necessary! They’re number 1 in our book!k We recently had to have them out again this week, because of a refrigerant leak....they stayed with the problem til it was resolved with smiles on their faces! I have used Apa he gor my air conditioner and was very satisfied, they came out quickly and fixed the problems. Were very friendly and respectful. I will continue using them in the future, although I am hoping that not too soon,lol!🤗

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Apache Heating and Air. Chris from Apache explained everything that needed repair on my air conditioning unit. And he went above and beyond normal service to handle my issues over the weekend. I had also used them to fix my furnace and a thermostat. Both are working great. Apache as the technical expertise and excellent customer service so I will use them again.
