My fiancé and I moved into a new home in November of 2022 and as it has gotten colder we noticed that the rooms in our new home were heating unevenly. I knew that we had zoning in our upstairs HVAC unit and there weren't any issues found during the inspection, but I contacted APMS because I wasn't sure what the issue was. Arthur came to our home and tested the zoning controls with the thermostats to get to know the system and which dampers corresponded to which ducts and vents. He quickly found that there was a damper that wasn't functioning properly and he reconnected it to the control unit. At the end of his visit we retested everything and it has since been running properly.

Professional, prompt, fair — they replaced our a/c system within 48 ours of it going down - - thank goodness bc it was in the middle of Georgia summer. Great experience, especially now when equipment and good contractors are in such high demand.

Amazing service!! Reasonable price
While in the middle of a heat wave my AC stopped working. I called Arthur Thursday afternoon and although he was extremely busy, he came Friday afternoon and fixed the system. He noticed issues that need to be addressed, some of which I knew but had postponed to take care of. He ordered the parts and we scheduled another service appointment. He is easy to work with, reliable and responsive.
I definitely recommend AP Mechanical services. As a first time home owner dealing with problems can be overwhelming.. Arthur was very professional, he explained all the things wrong with my system and was able to address them all same day! I’m glad I decided to use them for my home and will definitely use them in the future!
