Very unprofessional , not responsive to phone calls

My AC is not working. I received an appointment with AO Cooling & Heating for two days later -- annoying, but okay. Then the following night (appointment the next morning), they canceled that appointment and rescheduled it for 4 days later. The following morning, I reached out (via text, since they wouldn't answer their 24h phone) to ask why this happened and if I could have a sooner appointment, as I was not okay without AC in 90+°F weather for so long. The technician took me wanting a sooner appointment as confirmation to cancel the appointment so that I could look elsewhere. They never explained the situation, never told me my options, never apologized for moving my appointment 4 days later, and they didn't even ask if I wanted to cancel, they simply canceled my appointment and then stopped contacting me. EDIT: The appointment was not under my name, which is why I'm not in their system. And it wasn't *just* a phone call, there was an actual appointment that they scheduled (well two, since they canceled the first).
Diagnose the problem
Called about my deep freezer they were able to identify the problem and offered a solution. I’m grateful for their service. Even offered to pick up the old one. Will definitely use them again.
Christ was on time and professional. I didn’t have the option to choose gas range on here, but that is what he fixed. Diagnosed that it was the regulator and immediately replaced it and check for all leaks. Very satisfied with his company and would highly recommend.

Stay away from this business , quoted me $400.00 to REPLACE Line sets for my Mini-Split AC , guys that came out lacked AC repairman skills , one guy was totally clueless and they started working and asked me for more money to charge the system with Freon, I said "What" ? .... How can you replace AC Lines and not factor in getting the AC back up and running? Total SCAM.
My motor went out at Christmas. Abe has been so easy to work with and was quick to get us back up and running! Highly recommend him and AO Cooling and Heating!!!!

Abe has been a God send to me and my family!!! Our blower motor was fried due to the power surges right before Christmas. He came our within a few hours and is getting everything fixed as fast as he can, even with the holiday closures. Highly recommend him and AO Cooling!
Scammed me to install some light in duct. Charged me more than $700.
AO Cooling & Heating is by far the best AC company to service my AC units. They are reliable and communicate with you every step of the way. They answer all my questions in a way I can understand. They make sure the work gets done correctly. On top of all that, they have great low rates for service maintenance agreements & they provide so many discounts for veterans & first responders. They are also involved with their community by giving back to local schools fundraising opportunities and helping our local veterans in the community with all their HVAC needs. I'm so glad I found them!!
They never came. They rescheduled several times, and only one of the times it was due to the weather. They said that I didn't answer when they rescheduled but that's not true.They kept me waiting for them twice.
I received a free tune up through Direct Energy, my electric provider but never actually received any service. I was called by the technician twice to reschedule, once for rain and another time I can't exactly recall the reason. I was promised a call back for another date to receive the tune up but never received a call back from anyone. I understand it was not a paid service and sometimes people get busy and forget but it was still was disappointing not to receive something that was promised.

Dishwasher repair by Mr Rojo was spot on. He took the time to thoroughly look at the dishwasher, diagnose the issues, and make the repairs needed. I will not hesitate to use them again.
Came earlier than scheduled, fixed washing machine..needed new shocks/springs..in timely manner. Excellent attitude, service, and professionalism. Rojo did quick efficient repair, Abe in office responded with appointment and payment follow-up in a courteous and caring manner. VETERAN OWNED, OPERATED, AND EMPLOYED. Good to still feel appreciated for service.
