We were experiencing some troubles with my AC, it was not cooling. The technician arrived and diagnosed the issue very quickly. I appreciated the options provided to remedy my issue. In a matter of no time, my AC was up and cooling perfectly! Honest work and efficient solutions! Would highly recommend.
My A/C stopped cooling and they came out very quickly on a weekend. The tech Robert was professional and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.
I give this a no star if it was possible!!My AC unit had stopped blowing cold air! Called Anytime Ac on a friday night, and Jeff had somebody over at 9ish oclock in the morning. Roberto I believe his name was tried to diagnose the problem by using a drill and ended up blowing something on the circuit board on outside unit. He then proceeded to try and and get the system running, but he messed that up when he blew something. My fan was working, the condenser was working. He was gonna charge me $75 a lb for the coolent. Horrible long story short .. my ac wasnt cooling. Roberto came and made the problem worse. He went to the work van and called his boss and tried to say that my ac was already burnt and wires was melted. Roberto left ( fan not working, and definitely ac completely off) . He knew he messed up cause he didnt charge me a service charge lol. So I literally had to call another AC company. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the initial problem and now new problem. So I got my system up and running. I called Jeff and explained the situation. He wasnt willing to help me, cause Roberto had told him a fabricated story. I had to tell Jeff I was outside , and my cameras say different. He then said he would make things right. But this time gonna charge me $125 a lb for coolent and He would try to find circuit board. I found someone that would charge my ac way cheeper. So I called Jeff again and EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I DIDNT NEED HIM TO CHARGE MY AC cause I found someone cheaper, but still needed him to make good on the that circuit board. Which he agreed too. Fast fwd 3 or 4 days later I called Jeff again and asked what was going on. He told me “ I thought you said you didnt want to do anything cause you found someone cheaper. And I was like No! Didnt need ur coolent, especially after I got 2 different quotes and you wasnt giving me the lower price. He said so since Im not buying his coolent he was going to replace the part a representative of his company ruine

My AC quit working and it was after hours for my landlord to get back to me. I reached out to this company, and a tech was scheduled immediately. Robert was at my house within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, checked everything, explained it all to me, and was out in under 30 minutes. I’m SO grateful for the quick and responsive service. Thank you!

I called Jeff the owner of Anytime A/C early in the morning and he answered promptly. He was courteous and professional over the phone, even though I could tell he was very busy. I told Jeff what I thought was wrong with my AC unit and he assured me he would be by my home today to find out what the problem was. He arrived some time later, he checked my unit and discovered what the problem was. Jeff replaced a capacitor on my fan and my AC started to work again. He is a small company, his price was reasonable and I certainly will use him again. I highly recommend using Anytime-AC for your air conditioning needs.
Crazy story! I had an AC issue yesterday. The next available day I could get someone to come out was the next evening but it was so hot! And it was late. Around 5:30pm. I was at Home Depot looking for window AC units. As I was leaving defeated (portable ac units are like $300) I saw Anytime AC/Heating car leaving the parking lot. I saw the number on the car and in desperation I called it. Jeff answered the phone and was super cool. I explained my situation and that I lived just 2 min away. He was off. His day was over. But he still followed me to my house to check it out. It was a very quick fix and he was super nice and explained the problem and how to finish the rest after he left. This was a Good Samaritan/ Good Neighbor trip as he didn't charge me because it was quick and last minute and he was off. But thats exactly why most others would've charged an arm and a leg!!!! I did pay because of his kindness and he deserved so much more. Anytime AC/Heating saved the day! I cannot thank Jeff and this company enough. Great experience! Great Customer Service! And most of all GREAT CARE! This company has heart and cares about its customers for real. Thank you Anytime!

I honestly had a great experience with this company Jeff fixed my A/C right away.I spent all day lookin for some one to come over to inspect my unit and figure out what was wrong with it. Every one was telling that they wouldn't be able to help me into Tuesday But Jeff said yes I can be there. And right away found my isue and fixed it .I feel like it's great that there is a company that you could call at anytime or anyday and they will do what ever they can to fix your problem.To me that is great customer service! ! I would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C problems prices are low to!!
I am a single mother with a compromised endocrine system (due to cancer) which doesn't allow me to cool properly. I also just started a new job, and don't get paid for 2 1/2 weeks. I put out a plea for help with my air conditioner not working. Jeff not only answered quickly, personably and with such a reasonable and affordable price, I can honestly say he was an answer to my prayers!!! I plan to call Jeff again for checkups regularly. Thank you, Jeff!!!
We came home late on Friday (the start of the holiday weekend) and our a/c wasn't working. My husband found Anytime and gave them a call to see what the $ difference was between a night time call or a morning one. He was told it was the same price either way, $29. We asked him to come on over. Jeff was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly determined the problem and got us back up and running. We will definitely call on them again and recomm end them to anyone needing a/couple or heating issues
