Llamé esta compañía porque David un señor muy profesional quien siempre ha arreglado cualquier problema que he tenido antes con mi aire siento 100% profecional y muy buen precio estaba muy ocupado con otros trabajo y hay fue que comenzó mi pesadilla más grande, al principio todo fue bello pero empezaron cambiando mi capacitador el cual se veía viejo pero trabajaba muy bien luego le rociaron agua con mi manguera porque no trajeron una ellos y le pusieron 2 libras de gas pague por todo 429 dolares y 10 hora después el aire dejar de enfriar los Llamé y les explique que solo habían pasado 10 horas como iba ser eso posible y me dijeron si quería revisarlo de nuevo tenia que pagar prácticamente me robaron mi dinero, luego Llamé este señor David el cual al instante le conté se dirigió a mi casa y arreglo mi aire. No se dejen engañar ofrecen miles de cosas y no hacen nada te cobran y luego te salen con que tienes que volver a pagar a mi me estafaron son unos antiprofecionale ya mi banco se esta encargando de disputar esta estafa tengan cuidados. La verdad ni a mi peor enemigo le recomiendo esta compañía.
I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding Ank Air and Heat and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From start to finish, the team at this company was a model of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. First and foremost, their communication was excellent. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and throughout the entire repair process, they kept me informed about their progress and any issues that arose. They were also very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining each step of the repair process in detail. In terms of their attention to detail, I was thoroughly impressed. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my AC unit and diagnose the root cause of the problem before starting any repairs. They were also very meticulous in their work, ensuring that every component of the unit was functioning properly before completing the job. What really set this company apart, however, was their ability to fix what other companies could not. I had previously worked with several other AC repair companies who were unable to resolve the issue with my unit, but this company was able to identify the problem and fix it completely. Their expertise and dedication to their craft were truly remarkable. Overall, I would highly recommend this AC repair company to anyone in need of high-quality, reliable service. Their communication, attention to detail, and ability to solve even the most challenging problems make them a standout in their field.
These men went above and beyond. I hired them to install new ductwork in my 43yo home. The job wasn’t easy, but this group managed to knock it out in 2 days, cleaned up, and updated me through the process. Someone even calculated for the best possible efficiency for my existing system. Well done 👍 will hire again!

ANK Air and Heat did a phenomenal job. They installed two air conditioning systems for me and they were prompt and finished on time. I recommend them 100%!

I have a couple rental properties in Lee county. Both have required HVAC repairs (yes, you need A/C in Florida). ANK was recommended by my well water company - Absolute Water Treatment. Lee was prompt & professional. I feel comfortable with the work he has done & the prices quoted were the price I paid. Most recently, he went to look at a 21 y.o. system which had been repaired 2 years ago. He told me in 2018 I was on borrowed time. I replaced the entire system this time, as I knew throwing $$ into a system that old is NOT the way to go. As a retired General Contractor, it is comfortable having contractors that you can trust.
