They sid excellent service repairing a leak in my AC unit. They worked with me and my landlord to get the repairs needed after the unit was broken for over 2 weeks! Excellent service, and Andrew repaonded quickly, professionally, and efficiently. After the first repair, another issue arose as no fault of Andrews which broke the previous repair, and they came out and fixed it AGAIN no charge! Excellent service, could not have been better or more satisfied!
Absolutely the best! Incredibly responsive, great skills, awesome value! They provided same day service and immediately diagnosed and repaired a faulty wire in my AC, which got the unit working immediately. I had had ARS Rescue Rooter out the day before and they blatantly missed the diagnosis and wanted to charge me almost $3000 to replace parts and then get me on a plan to replace the entire AC unit. Andrew's saw the issue was a bad wire and fixed it within five minutes of being here. Andrew's also charged $30 less to diagnose and fix the problem than AR Rescue Rooter charged to come out, fix nothing, misdiagnose the problem, and try sell me on thousands of dollars of things I didn't need and wouldn't have helped. 100% recommend Andrew's to anyone! You will deal with great people who respect your time and money, your AC issues will be fixed, and you'll get great value. Thanks, Andrew's! Andrew replaced an old heating oil system with a new heat pump. He has been responsive, the work seems to be of good quality, and he offers a strong warranty on his services. We've used the system in both summer and winter now and have been happy with how it turned out. Only one time did we have a problem and he was ready to come out the next day and get it taken care of. Thumbs up.
Andrew was quick to respond to our air coil issue. He was able to let us borrow a window AC unit for a few days while a part came in and it worked great. It has been 3 weeks now since our service was done, and the AC unit is working great. He was honest, reliable, and kept to the estimated charge, which was a big savings from a quote we'd gotten from a large company.

After "we" choose a business w a perfect rating to make a service call I wasn't really happy with the way this other business performed the diagnosis. I called in and we even got a quote we weren't happy with either. So I contacted 5 other businesses in the area with high google ratings. From this 5 other businesses Andrew's Heating & Air was the only one that was responsive and professional to understand and respond, texted me a good solution! Thank you Sir!
I contacted Andrew's Heating & Air after a recommendation from a friend. Our upstairs unit was not blowing cool air. Initially, Andrew, the owner, told me they were backed up and very busy with emergencies. I explained I had guests coming and needed the upstairs unit fixed by the end of the week. He didn't think he could get to it but would double check his schedule and get back to me. He did get back to me and somehow worked me in. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in about 10 minutes. Andrew himself performed the repairs. The cost of the repairs were less than what I expected. I was very impressed with Andrew's professionalism, thoroughness of his work and his willingness to help me out. I plan to signup for their annual maintenance program and will continue to use them in the future for any major repairs. No need to shop around.
We were having issues with our thermostat on a day with 90 heat, Andrew’s was able to get one of their technicians, Logan, out the same day. He fixed the thermostat issue in like 5 minutes, but he continued to triage our HVAC unit to make sure it was in top shape. He noticed our refrigerant was low, topped it off, and now it’s working better than ever! Definitely planning to give them all of our business in the future!

Only A/C unit went out in the middle of summer. Andrew's was able to send someone out immediately the next morning despite their own busy schedule. The repair was so fast, even though I was expecting it to take over a day to resolve. They did not try to sell us a new A/C unit even though ours is older - they just promised to do their best to keep our old one running for as long as they can. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C help.
I had a renovation under permit and the inspector complained about the refrigerant lines impeding access to the Air Handler in the attic. I tried to get the company that installed the system to come out but they scheduled me out two weeks - adversely affecting my build schedule. That's when I reached out to Andrew’s Heating & Air to see if they could help me out. Andrew came over within 45 minutes of receiving my call - that was amazing to begin with. Then, he assessed the situation and was able to tug and reform the lines so that they no longer impeded access to the air handler. Then - to blow my mind further - as he was leaving he said no charge but a review would be nice. I totally wanted to pay him but he wouldn't accept. My next inspection passed and all went smoothly. I wouldn't expect him to work for free but I can certainly attest to his integrity, knowledge and all-round good personness!
Andrew's Heating & Air responded quickly to my distress call of no AC on a 100 degree day. When he arrived I told him the symptoms and within minutes he had pinpointed the problem. The AC system was cooling again! He was highly recommended by my neighbor, and now I can highly recommend Andrew's Heating and Air.
Amazing guy! My AC went out and its been in the 90's the past couple of days and I was dying. He came super fast the next day especially considering I contacted him after hours!!! Fixed the system in ~15 mins and is a life saver and the price was extremely fair and reasonable. He even told me why he thought the capacitor died to help prevent the issue in the future. I'll use him whenever I have any more AC or Heating issues or if I buy a replacement unit in the future. He is a true professional and a hero! And for any students in the area or people that just hate or get anxious on the phone he responds to texts and was quick and kind with his messages!
We found Andrews Heating and Air two years ago. They are always very responsive, friendly, affordable, and explain what is happening to cause issues. I highly recommend them to all my clients anytime anyone mentions needing HVAC services. Their customer service is amazing and even when you need a new system, you know you aren’t overpaying and it will be done right.

Called Andrew last minute and he was able to fit me in before the end of the day. My furnace wouldn’t fire up and he had it fixed in 10 minutes with a new thermocouple and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. Thanks Andrew!
Andrews Heating and Air totally came through for us. Heat went out right as cold weather hit; our two year olds room would have been a nightmare. Anyways, they were super quick, professional, and honest. Knew exactly what they were doing and fixed it with no fuss.

We’ve been really happy with Andrews - they have been really responsive and helpful. After a terrible experience with ARS, Brian has been great.
