Excellent! Very professional.
I've used him in the past. I don't know what happen. I called him 3 times today with no response when he said he was coming out. I even text him. He was always great in the past. I don't know what happen but I'm really upset because I really need my A.C fixed. Just answer and at least say you can't make it. It's that simple.
Love his service. have been using it for over 15 years.
If I could give not stars I would, but I want to share our bad experience with this guy. He went to see our job and he gave us a price for a whole packet unit, then he changed his mind and gave us a higher price. We gave him ahead $2,500 dollars without him haven't done any job in the house. Then when he told us how much the total would be we told him we couldn't afford that and that we would look for someone else and give us the money back or at least part of it. To keep for him $1,000 dollars for the time he lost and give us back $1,500 at least and he didn't. Wouldn't recommend for any reason. Don't keep up with his word for price or anything else. No le daria ni una estrella si pudiera pero para hablar sobre mi experiencia le doy una. Fue a ver el trabajo a nuestra casa personal nos dio un precio y luego eventualmente le subió. De adelanto nosotros le dimos $2,500 dólares. Cuando el nos dijo cuánto sería el total nosotros le dijimos que no podíamos pagar ese tanto y que mejor buscariamos alguien más ya que el no podía bajar su precio. Le pedimos si podía regresar el dinero o almenos parte de ello. Que se quedara con $1,000 al menos por el "tiempo que perdio" y que regresara $1,500 y no quiso. No lo recomendaría por ninguna razón. No sabe mantenerse con su palabra ni precio.
Ive been waiting over an hour and a half...very bad customer service...i talked to him yesterday 2 times...said he was coming...he never showed...never called me back...never called to say anything...
Andres came to my house today to evaluate my heating unit in the main area of the house. He was professional and gave an honest opinion. He stated unit will eventually crack and will need to be replaced. He was able to get unit working again. Will use him in the future and recommend to others.
