Technician knows his stuff. Like a dog with a bone he problem solved, identified, and even came back a week later to ensure quality service. Got a new unit with new ducts a year ago by them and just needed some tweaks since it was such an improvement to an older house. Def get them to ensure you're happy!
The guy is my HERO!! He got my air working again. He is so courteous, professional and knows his stuff. He is such a sweet man and shows such concern for his customers. The office staff is the best ever.

Tech came out to check our system and our gas fireplace. He arrived on time and had a friendly, helpful demeanor. He explained what he was doing each step along the way in terms we could understand and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed before leaving.
Our tech was very knowledgeable of the system and explained the operation of several components he was analyzing in order to locate the problem, which he was able to identify and repair quickly. He was very courteous and I highly recommend him for your hvac repairs.

I called this company for an emergency repair because my AC went out. They were able to get someone to my house that morning and communicated when someone was on their way. They let us know what the issue was and were able to fix the problem when they were there.
I have recommended to several of my clients. They recently came to fix my water heater because I did not have warm or hot water in the unit. The techs came on time, are very polite, are good at explaining the process. My top reason for working with them, is their professionalism and their turn around time!

Honest, professional company! Mold had developed on my AC unit and I send them a picture of it. They knew exactly what was wrong. The guy explained to me over the phone that happened and what they will do to fix it, gave me a price. They came out the next day, did a great job cleaning the unit and putting isolation around it. They answered all my questions and gave me honest opinions and didn’t push any unnecessary work. Very happy doing business with the company. Will call them to future AC work.
My 8 year old HVAC stopped working. They installed a new unit quickly and were great about my requests for the inside and outside unit. Service techs were great. Price was great. So appreciated!

Our 20 year old oven no longer helped. We called everyone and, as another reviewer said, Anaheim HVAC Service was the most responsive. He came out that day, inspected the stove and explained to us what was wrong and why replacing the stove was our best option. He immediately gave us an estimate so we could look at the price. It seemed high, but he made such an impression on us that we accepted his offer. Came back two days later with a new oven, installed it (and our thermostat too). He left our laundry room, where the oven is located, much cleaner than before he arrived. He then explained in detail what we must do to keep it. He was friendly and professional. We believe we are in good hands with Anaheim HVAC Service. And our new oven works great. This is my first review but I wanted to share my experience and recommend Anaheim HVAC Service.
I came home from work at 8pm on the coldest night of the year to find that my oven was broken. Anaheim HVAC Service arrived in less than an hour and completely fixed the problem and cleaned my filter. They did it with a great attitude and a smile and although I felt like I was their only customer that night, I'm sure they were on a roll with business.
