Great customer service!
Amici Mechanical is absolutely wonderful! Our furnace broke after hours but Nate came out that same night. We went through a home warranty company which was kind of a nightmare but Julia ws so helpful in calling them and trying to speed things up. I think she spoke with them more than we did! We finally got a replacement furnace authorized and Amici went and picked it up so we wouldn't have to wait for it to be shipped. Nate took the time to ensure that things were installed correctly and safely (the last people hadn't mentioned anything about the furnace not having the proper safety features installed). Seriously nice people to work with who do solid work. If we ever have any HVAC needs in the future, we'll be calling Amici!
Used them to replace my water heater. They were fast, good workers, and fair priced.

I highly recommend Amici Mechanical for any furnace and A/C needs. The home warranty company I have sent a company out and they quoted me $1500 to fix my furnace (because of course it wasn’t covered by my home warranty company 🤦🏼♀️). We decided we needed a second opinion. So we had Nathan from Amici come out and do some tests and he thought it was the same thing the other company said. He went the next day to buy the part and came back to install it (the part was much cheaper than other company). Instead of just putting the part in he took the time to test and check everything. Ends up it was only the thermostat that went bad! Saved us a ton of money. Will definitely be using him again!

Nick was very thorough and corrected the plumbing problems that were left over from the previous owner who thought he was a fix it guy. Nick likes to make sure things are done properly. He takes care of people the way he wants to be treated. You can trust him.

Hired them to install sump pump during a flood. They promptly arrived and did an excellent job installing pump, and cleaning work area after the install. Very good work at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!
