Someone have me Brian Hines number when my ax went out. I called him he shared with me that he could not get to me right away but could recommend me to someone else,but told me to try a few things to see if it would fix it. Guess what it was fixed and I did not have to pay a dime.

Let me start off by giving a little bit of context to the story. My AC unit was made in 2003 so it’s pretty old. It broke down 3 times in 7 months. Even though I have AHS home warranty, it still cost me over $2k to get it back up and running because the warranty doesn’t cover the coolant for the system. It’s the hottest summer we have had in years, getting over 100 degrees on some days, so when it broke down the 4th time I had enough. We were living in our bedrooms with window units and it wasn’t ideal. My neighbor recommended Brian and so I gave him a call. It was a Saturday that I called him and he said he could start the next Wednesday. Keep in mind it the busy season for HVAC so I was shocked that he could fit me in so soon. I got 3 other quotes and they were at least 30 days out. Brian not only beat the lowest quote I got from other companies by $1,400 on the same exact equipment but he could also start in days not weeks. I could not be more thankful for Brian and the quality of work he did! He was very respectful, professional, communicated everything with me, very friendly, and worked very very hard. He was working by himself so it took 2 days but he worked very hard to get as much done in a day as he could. I would recommend him to everyone looking for maintenance or a new system. You will not beat his price or his professionalism anywhere else. I will not use any other company ever again, no matter what. His professionalism, friendliness, and hard work created a loyal customer. Thank you Brian!! Thank you for giving us our house back!!

My wonderful neighbors gave me Mr. Hines name and number when I first was new to the area about 4 years ago and I had a HVAC issue. He was very pleasant, professional, timely and considerate of my time, keeping in touch. He fixed whatever my issue was quickly and had me going again, he also replaced a thermostat for me. Well, a few days ago, when the weather turned cold, my heat stopped functioning, only blowing out cold air. I left Mr. Hines a voicemail, it was late and I was desperate. I called 3 other companies in the meantime and finally reached one that could service me in the next day. Of course, before 8am Mr. Hines calls me back. Unfortunately I had already scheduled someone else, so I told him that. When the other Company arrived, RS Andrews. There were 2 polite, young guys, they were out looking at my system and doing a lot of banging? It was too cold to go out and see what they were doing. Anyway the did their diagnostic and came back with my quote of $4837 (7) items. 1 other item was scratched off the sheet for $366. Almost $5000. I think the 2nd guy may have been in training? The main guy "Chris" said that's about the cost of a new until and they could schedule someone to come out and give me a quote several times. He also said maybe I should move into a condo. I was literally tearing up and had to Thank them, pay them the $99 travel fee and dismiss them pretty quickly. My heart dropped, I was really feeling defeated, I didn't have any $5000 for a new unit. So, I called Mr. Hines back. I told him what I encountered and asked him if he could come out and give me a 2nd opinion. He said yes and came out the next morning, calling in advance of the time he would arrive. He was on time. As soon as he arrived it started pouring rain. It didn't take long before he came in with his diagnostic and a price for me. Are you ready for this price?? $700!!! I said you can fix it for that, he said yes, I believe so. Excellent excellent excellent! I just had my air condition, Repaired, I am asthmatic and a caretaker for an elderly person. I informed Brian that we could not be in the heat for long periods of time because we both could end up getting pneumonia he was understanding, communicative, & compassionate. He was concerned and very prompt and making sure that we received air as prompt as he could in the midst of still servicing other people! Honestly speaking I’ve never met a professional person be personable, willing to educate and still be professional & a gentleman all at the same time. His assistant Mark was also professional kind patient there’s so many things that I can say for this dynamic duo there is just not enough room for me to write it all. I would highly recommend this company.I called and spoke with the owner in reference to a yearly maintenance on my AC unit, the quote that was giving was $30 lower than the 2 quotes that I received...Brian came out on the day that was scheduled and ON TIME....He was very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable of my unit...At no time I felt pressured into buying anything extra or talked into anything I didn't need or want...Brian explained to me exactly what was being done and ask if I had any questions and said if I have any problems not to hesitate to call....Yes...yes... 5 stars for being dependable,reliable, professional and my AC unit is working WONDERFUL.

While buying a house my mortgage company, required me to get a quote to get the HVAC replaced. This was July 11th, 2016. (The middle of summer heat waves when HVAC people are most busy and unreachable.) I called 6 different companies trying to get quotes. The heat wave had everyone so busy that it took me 2 weeks to get 4 quotes. My realtor told me that it's best to try to find a 2 man crew, vs a big HVAC corporation. That's these guys: lean, skilled, efficient operation. ATS beat all other quotes by at least $700. They're fast and professional in that they don't answer the phone in the middle of a job, instead have a pager system where they call back. They called me back 7 times, so I can absolutely attest to their reach-ability. (It's worth remembering that they were this reachable during their busiest time of the year.) Also all the other quotes were just going to replace my 3.5 ton unit with the same thing. Brian of ATS was the only one I asked a quote from who did what should have been standard protocol of asking me the square footage of my 1 story house, and pointed out that my existing unit was massively over-sized, that I could get a 2.5 ton for a lower initial price, and it'd be more energy efficient. (Remember him installing a cheaper unit means he makes less money, this is an honest man.) I asked them if they could replace a leaking spigot by the water heater and they told me they'd take care of me. (When I saw my bill they didn't even charge me for it!) Beyond 5 star service, these are the guys you want!!!
