Working with Eric was a pleasure and he worked hard to resolve our issues.
I’m the property manager of a multi family apartment complex that use to be a hotel. American Servicers has been great at locating old leaks, replacing water heaters and dealing with all other plumbing issues. They show up when they say they will and they get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone commercial or residential.
Went above and beyond... I would recommend this company 10 times more than anyone else.
American services cracked my counter top after charging me $120 to make the hole larger, which was mentioned. But they failed to let me know they had dented my sink after dropping it twice which now leaves a gap between my countertop and the sink. They didn't offer a discount or compensation for chipping the countertop or denting the sink, they tried to sugarcoat it as if it was no big deal.

These guys did an awesome job. They were met with some challenges in our attic and worked tirelessly through the summer heat. They did take longer than anticipated but it was understandable with those obstacles. The guys were knowledgeable, fun to chat with while they worked, and did great following up and ensuring things were cleaned. On top of that, there was a time the ladder to our attic accidentally broke on them and they immediately notified us and repaired it. We have them working on more jobs for us now after they completed our HVAC and I will be recommending their services to anyone in need. They also had the best price in comparison to their competitors so it was a no brained selecting these guys. Kurt, Nate and Eric all held positive attitudes and I’m appreciative of what they accomplished in our home already!

This company is great! Super responsive to calls, texts, and questions, and exceptional prices! The tech who came out to install my tankless water heater was friendly and knew his trade inside and out. Just a wonderful experience!

We had cast-iron pipes get replaced. They didn't come out the original date (I had to call them after being 1.5hrs late). Late coming the next day, looked at the pipes, then left for 1.5 hrs, came back with 1 Lowe's bag. To get to our crawl space, they had to go in our closet; which they broke the door off it's hinge and didn't even apologize. When they left they left the cast-iron pipe in the front yard. Now, we have gases leaking from the toilet and are going to have to pay for someone else to come out and fix it again. Super unprofessional and would never recommend.
