American Plumbing was great and very helpful in an emergency! They are so professional, kind and informative! Would highly recommend!!
We think Rich really does care about people! He went out of his way to help our families situation and definitely fixed the problem with one of the toilets and checked all the other plumbing out to make sure everything was functioning ok.
Responded quickly when my water heater went out. Rich was very pleasant to work with and clearly committed to quality service and customer satisfaction.
I've resorted to this in hope that this review will actually get me what I need. To be honest, the guy was great to work w/ at first. I had him come in for a quote on a full gut of my tub/shower area. The day before he was set to come in my tenants told me the hot heater quit. So, I called him and asked if that was something they could accommodate as I'm aware their schedule is busy. The managed to get it fixed, I had some stuff that needed to be brought up to code as well. Here's where the trouble started, he only half finished the job. I was told they would finish it when they came to do my shower/tub remodel. I told him since they took care of the hot water heater we would pay them that day and we did. He walked away w/ a check for $1800. He was aware that my place was a rental and we informed him to send in the invoice later on. It's been 2 months since the work was completed and we still have not received an invoice after multiple attempts to get it. The guy has completely ghosted me. He has quit responding to emails, texts, phone calls and website inquiries. All I want is my invoice for taxes! I don't think that is too much to ask!

I called Rich for a quick drain call, should be 5 minutes in and out. Turns out it was a much bigger problem. He didn't sweat it, dispatched a second plumber and they spent all day at my house replacing the drain system for the sink and tub. The work was top notch and he made it affordable too.
We were very pleased with American Plumbing. The service was great! I would recommend them to anyone. They we polite and courteous, explained everything so well, Did a terrific job on replacing our water heater. We will definitely use them again.
American Plumbing is a professional plumbing and heating service. Their service is exceptional in educating what they were doing and no hidden costs. We were having a very difficult time finding a plumbing company that would work on a mobile home that we had to have moved and American Plumbing came through. Where we moved our mobile home we have extremely hard water and so we wanted a water softener installed and they had to install a standalone pipe for us to do that. So Rich took it upon himself to come to our home and educate us on a system which is called the Hydro flow. This system is small works fantastic doesn’t need any salts and plugs into a 110. It has worked great great for us.I would recommend American Plumbing to anyone. When we build a new home I want American Plumbing to plumb the entire thing and do the heating. Extremely grateful for their great service.Keep up the good work Rich and Don.
