Quality work done at fair prices with very professional technicians that won’t upsell you on what you don’t need.
This company is awful. It’s a big robbery. They will take your money and run and will not do the job like they were supposed to. They might be OK for AC units fix something small but nothing big we use them to install brand new compressor in our walk-in cooler They have no idea and not enough information about walk-in cooler, so please make sure as a business do not use them And also they installed three valves when we got the second opinion onthis project and they said we only needed one so they charge us for three extra valves when we didn’t even need those three we only needed one I just wish they would not just give license to everybody. They were doing the test. Make sure they pass the test before they give out license out to everybody to do heating and cooling with out any knowledge . Also they install a part week later its leaking and they are saying they are not responsible since we got second opinion In geberal this company’s its a nightmare and very bad customer service and not enough knowledge to fix a walk-in cooler for sure
I have used American Mechnical on Commercial properties we have in the Kansas area for some time now and they have never let me down, they handle after hours emergencies just as professionally as they do during normal hours. the have worked on our hvac/plumbing even some specialty work, I know I can rely on them and the work they do is fantastic! I highly reccommend them to anyone!! From the office to the techs they are 1st class all the way
Heating is irregular in one of our HVAC systems. First service repair company did internal diagnostic found pin holes in heat exchanger affecting combustion process. American Mechanical Technician Eddie didn’t perform internal diagnostic yet concluded system working properly as they work for home warranty provider. Extremely unprofessional & poor communication on service call. End result we still don’t have proper heating! And since when do tuneups not include humidifiers ?! Further, the other owner below implies winning one over on a warranty company while holding a legitimate policy and still my heating isn’t properly functioning, further showing unprofessional service. When the tech states flat out no one told him the heating isn’t functioning properly it’s poor communication on top of insulting client.
Called many others trying to get someone out for my furnace in the -8 morning. Eddy fit me into his schedule on an obviously busy day, fixed my furnace to get us through the cold snap , showed me some issues on how old our system was and was going to be needed to keep it going in long term, Happy to say we now have a complete new system thanks to his help, Can already tell a difference, great pricing , worked with us on scheduling install and now have a system that is appropriate size for our home
They actually showed up when they said they would. I can't tell you how many contractors I've called that couldn't even be bothered to show up, so that's a big deal!
