After having 2 other services come out and were unable to fix the leak in my garage, Brad came out and was quickly and efficiently able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He answered every question that I had quickly and clearly. I cannot understate how amazing it was to work with not only a company that was so helpful, but to work with a technician that actually knew what he was talking about.
I don't recommend this company, they are not proffesonial, I have American Home Shield home insurance, they contract with American Made Plumbing, a technician came out more than a week ago to check on a leak in our bathroom, he inspected our shower/toilet and checked our crawlspace and determined that the shower/toilet was leaking, he said that it would be more than $500 to repair the leak and repair damage from the leak, he left and said someone would contact us in a couple of days, there was no follow up response so I called and asked if there was any thing I could do to expedite the claim, the lady was curt and said she was preparing the claim, I waited and still no response, I called American Home Shield and they said they hadn't gotten anything from AMPH, so they placed a call on my behalf, I got a text saying that a technician was scheduled for this morning, my husband is severely disabled and had a Dr.s appointment this morning, I had to make arrangements for someone else to take him so I could be home for the technician, I got a call saying they weren't going to come, this is very bad customer service, mean while I have no shower and the floor has warped so bad the floor tiles are coming off! Update, I had Roto Rooter out, they fixed the leak in minutes, whatever AMPH did when they were here made the leak worse!!!

American heating and plumbing went beyond the call of duty to fix a water heater issue.
Brad installed new gas lines for our range and patio and rerouted a return air duct to simplify our remodel. He communicated throughout so we knew what to expect !!! A big plus on top of expert work.
