Talk about a great experience! The entire process--from initial contact to installation of our entire HVAC system--was amazing. We interacted with a great team of personable professionals--Brad, Matthew, Maddy, Kano and Armaan. Never felt pressured, all our questions were answered, we were seen, heard and treated with the utmost of care. Worked with our busy schedules. And Matthew, Kano and Armaan were even patient with us having to manage (well, try to at least!) our rather rowdy pandemic pet, our beloved German/Dutch Shepard Amos, while the work was being done. #petfriendly. #grateful. A class act through and through! 100% highly recommend American Energy Heat & Air! oh - and they even help with the permit process! What a joy to work with them.

My ac wasn’t cooling. I was able to get an appointment with American Energy. Garrett was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He made recommendations and booked another appointment with another professional that can give us a more exact estimate for our AC unit. So far, we had a good experience and will keep on using the company for future maintenance.
I’ve gone with American Energy a few times now. They are always responsive and take the time to explain how well my HVAC system is functioning and answer my questions. They are also a good value. I’ll use them again.
On time and efficient
Technician worked on my air conditioning unit and pretty quickly found the problem, which he explained to me and what it would cost as well as explaining this first fix may not be the root of the problem. But after replacing a set of parts, the chilled air was back and my air conditioner was working. It all took less than 40 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable. I’ll be using American Energy Heat & Air again.

Reasonable price and good, quick, service. I had a full HVAC/Furnace system installed including new duct work. The install team arrived on time, did good work and cleaned up well before they left.
Had an issue with a Nest Thermostat that wasn't sending the correct signal to the compressor. American Energy Heat & Air came out (Garrett was the technician) and fixed it and then performed a maintenance and review of our heating and a/c system. Good guy, smart and was helpful in understanding what was happening and how I might address some of the concerns. Would totally recommend.
Excellent technical service and customer service- from beginning to end of the process. (Full HVAC system) Super clear communication, follow up, and follow through. Everyone there I’ve interacted with, for routine service then eventually replacement, was friendly, helpful and professional.
I have an older HVAC unit and wanted to start routine maintenance check up at least twice per year (summer/winter). I found American Energy and was so glad I went with them. The technician was friendly and courteous, knowledge and experienced. Also very competitive pricing!! The technician took photos of all areas checked to review with me. He explained what was critical and how to get the best performance from my unit. They have amazing customer service. I have found my company for all future HVAC needs. Thanks Josh 👍
