Everything was great 👍 we had set appt, several days after scheduling. Garrett called half hour before appt time. He arrived at set time, we signed up for a membership, which honestly worked out amazing. Not only did my husband and I get our air conditioning unit fixed within ten minutes or less, When signing up for the membership, we get a twenty percent discount on parts if anything ever breaks down, It's a 150 a year for the membership. And they come out twice a year to do not only air conditioning but heating as well. It was a very good deal compared to the other five places I looked into. So i'm very grateful that I chose them because they're awesome!
Tyler and Angel were the American Energy techs who did the duct installation last Friday 6/23 They we’re very personable and easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a a very straightforward way. The installation job started between 8 and 8:30 and Tyler and Angel were done with installation by mid afternoon when they did a thorough job of cleaning up. I couldn’t have asked for a more stressless experience. Thanks Tyler and Angel, and thanks to American Energy Heat and Air for great service.
Garrett was friendly and very thorough on the AC tune up, and it was a good deal compared to other HVAC companies in the area.

Josh did an amazing job. During his ac tuneup process found a part that was originally installed incorrectly. Long of short the incorrect portion of the part was making my unit inefficient and struggling to keep up. I am stoked there was actually an issue and it was not me. Thank you Josh!
Garrett was punctual and patient. He offered up several options related to our system, was very understanding and answered every one of our many questions.

I gave them a call when installing one of the new smart thermostats quickly got over my head. Garrett came to our home to first diagnose and ultimately perform the work. It turns out that when the system was installed, it wasn't configured exactly right. He did a great job of explaining all this to me, and letting me know what our options were. In fact, when my husband came home, he took the time to explain it all to him and answer his questions as well. They also have a great maintenance program which I highly recommend. It's very reasonably priced and it kind of makes sense to maintain something so critical to your family's comfort. I could not be happy with my experience and I would recommend him and them without hesitation.

Routine maintenance on a/c preseason. We appreciate how the company sets our appointments in accordance with our schedule and that All the staff are alway kind and very prompt.
Garrett was very professional and clean (had booties on shoes). He is very knowledgeable on fixing my heating problem that I had for 5 years when the hvac installers couldn't figure out. He is interested in his job and loves to get the job done right. He had taken pictures too. I can't say enough great things about American Energy and Garrett! The staff is awesome. And the price is outstanding! You can't go wrong unless you go with another company. We signed up for the maintenance contract too. Ask for Garrett or Josh, both are super!!
