Best choice out of 3 quotes! Im quite picky, so I got 3 quotes for my ductless system. American Ductless from Auburn was the top pick. George & Rich did great job installing a 5 Zone Mitsubishi AC unit in my home. I liked that they gave a virtual rendering for equipment placement & explained efficiency ratings. Super happy with the system & their professionalism. Totally recomend American Ductless to anyone! 🇺🇸
From beginning to end of the project American Ductless was courtesy, informative, efficient, timely, and helpful. It is hard to imagine how anyone else could do a better job.
We recent had a 6 Zone Ductless Mini Split Installed in our Leicester Massachusetts Home. This company did a amazing installation. The quality is top notch , there definitely experts at what they do.
Justin and his crew were professional and effecient from the initial evaluation through the final installation. There were initially some issues with some of the pumps which were rapidly fixed. The only thing we had a problem with was having to pay the rebate up front- it will be refunded, but it would have been good to know up front. Otherwise, outstanding service!
Very very professional, installation went incredibly smooth. They really know their stuff. Only place to buy a ductless mini split system.
