I have use American Comfort for my HVAC services for about 15 years now. Yon is a fair and honest man, comes when he says he will and most importantly he knows what he is doing. He will not over charge you for parts that are not needed. I called him to look at my Mom's heater, where another company said the systems should be replaced. Yon did a thorough inspection and service and the old heater is working. Saved my Mom lots of money. If you need HVAC service, you need to call Yon at American Comfort, you will not be sorry you did.
Just called American Comfort Residential Services because our AC was not blowing; the unit outside suddenly stopped working. Yon came to our home within an hour and now we're up and running again. COLD AIR! It was a simple fix and his pricing was GREAT especially for a weekend call!!! Thank you YON for being so kind and professional. We recommend Yon from American Comfort Residential Services and will call him again if we need HVAC servicing .
Summary: Yon is the man you need to call for your residential HVAC repair needs. He is a professional and a gentlemen who does not waste your time trying to up sell you on needless systems. He simply assesses the problem, and then fixes what needs to be replaced. Additionally, he will take the time to explain to you what the cause of the problem is and how the solution applies so you feel comfortable about the service you just received. As of this review, Yon has 60 years and 2 days worth of experience. I would like to meet anyone in any profession that can make that statement because I will hire them in an instant. My Experience: I called Yon at 6pm on 8/3/15 and after a brief description of the issue, he told me he would be at my house between 12pm-2pm on 8/4/15 and would call before arriving. He called at 10:30am and was at my house by 11:00am. After popping the panel off the side of the machine, he instantly knew the capacitor was the issue (which he proved with a meter from his car once the job was complete) and swapped out the part in 15 min. He could have easily completed my call within 20 to 30 minutes however he took the time to show me how the unit functioned, what part was needed, and how to replace it.
Yon is the absolute best when it comes to either servicing or replacing your HVAC unit. He has always been reliable, and he makes sure everything is taken care of before the job is finished. He's been taking care of my AC needs for several years, and he just finished replacing my upstairs unit. We planned the work on Thursday, and he had it all installed by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. He made sure to walk me through everything I needed, and not what he thought he could just sell me. We need more people like Yon.
Mr. Yon is the best!! We needed work done several time for our air conditioners (we also had to change one completely) and he has always been able to take care of it. We always know who to call when it came to this type of work and every time we were not disappointed. Mr. Yon is very professional, courteous and experienced. He is always punctual, knowledgeable and organized. Every time he knew exactly what the problem was and worked hard to take care of it right away. It always seems that it's important to him for our unit to be fixed correctly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with his service. Our systems now keep the house nice and cool and much more comfortable, keeping the temperatures consistent throughout the house which is great when the temperatures are burning hot outside. We cannot imagine anyone doing a better job and highly recommend American Comfort to anyone looking to this time of work done in their home. Thank you once again and we will be sure to call you the next time we need work done :)
After our heat went out, I called Yon. He showed up a few hours later and I am now toasty warm. He was extremely nice and, more importantly, we have heat! I was shocked that he was able to come so quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
