We had something happen with our fuel oil burner on Christmas eve. So we dealt with it through Christmas day (it was -5°) and called around the day after the holidays. We called over 5 plumbing and heating companies and not one answered. While looking through Google American Airflow popped up so I called. He answered and was here to assess the problem within a hour. He found our blower motor or whatever its called had gone bad. He went to his supplier and had it fixed for us within 4 hours. Very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend him and his company.
American airflow did a great job putting in a new hot water tank. Would recommend him over others in the area. He is a one man crew first day he was suppose to come his schedule went longer than expected. Told him that's ok cause I needed to get the tank ordered anyways. Told him no reason to waste a day looking at it when I knew it needed replace. He ordered it the next morning had it here that afternoon and had it installed quickly. Glad we went through hm and would call again if i need anything else done.

Not only did they do a great job replacing our boiler but went over and beyond expectations. I recommend this company for any hvac and boiler problems.
American airflow is ran by the most down to earth people. They have dropped everything more than a few times to come to my aid. I rent, my furnace is old and almost done for. My landlord refuses to replace it, so James came out more than once to check for carbon monoxide, and to check on the furnace to make sure it was ok yet out of the kindness of his heart. When the motor went, he was here within an hour to fix it, so my family wasn’t cold. My pipes clogged and busted, I contacted them, they were here bright and early the next day. They never left me hanging. I met them through business, and they quickly became close friends. They’re down to earth and would do anything for anyone. Anyone that’s looking for anything done, I quickly refer them to James and Emmy. They’re not only great people, but they’re good at what they do, and they’re honest people!

Stole our money. Been trying to get it back. Not good people. They quoted us then said its actually gonna be thousands of dollars more. The guy didnt understand why we were upset and said he had to do some soul searching. So good luck when you choose them
Super super service. Well pump issues with no water. Was repaired and back in service in record time. So pleased. Highly recommended.
