I set up an appointment with Jose when my heater went out during the subfreezing weather we had on 12/22/22 and he never showed up. He didn’t return my calls or texts and I was left freezing the entire weekend

Great Service
Fantastic experience with American Air Systems. I called them earlier today as my AC unit was no longer cooling my home. They asked a series of discovery questions on the phone and within a few hours Rick arrived and diagnosed and fixed the issue. I am impressed by the level of professionalism that American Air Systems provided and found the prices to be more than reasonable. I will be calling on them for future HVAC needs. A+ service.

I'm extremely pleased with the service we received today! Our AC unit was freezing up and we needed an urgent appointment. We called and Rick came within a couple hours. Owner of the business came out. Looked at the unit, which I was told needed to be replaced , and the previous fact was not true. He replaced 2 parts and I am back with cool air. Instead of $9000.00 for a new unit I paid less than $500.00. American Air Systems had been previously recommended and I didn’t take the advice. Bottom line is my New HVAC company is now American Air. It was so helpful to find a company that was available 24/7 because I have long work days. The guys are professional & friendly! Not only did they get my A/C repaired so my family could have restful nights but they fixed my plumbing issue in my master bedroom!!

I have used American Air for over 12 years, Rick and his team is very responsive to any situation from service calls to the extreme of AC is out and it’s 105 outside, they will be there for you. They have replaced both of my units during this time always professional fast installation and very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend American Air for any of your HVAC needs large or small they are the team to call.
No over charge and no over time or emergency over charges. He came by at 4:50am in the morning and fixed our electric air handler and we had the heat running on the morning of Janury-1st-2018 and the other companies wanted triple charges like over time and emergency charges plus charging us for replacing the componenets that we got it fixed in a few dollars. I recommend this company to any body who wants to save money and get the loyal honest service 24/7.
Rick is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to help me over the phone and his service call fee is the most reasonable I’ve run across. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

American Air Systems has been my HVAC company for many years. Terry has always been honest, punctual, and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone but him to be in my home.
I've been using these guys for years. Just recently Terry came out and repaired my furnaces for one third of what Milestone quoted me. If you want quality and honestly from your HVAC people, give Terry a call. Found out recently they now also do electrical work as well.
