Marcel and his crew are second to none. He i stalled a mini-split AC and fixed my AC. Great service and competitive pricing. He also follows through if there are any issues. He’s my go to guy for anything HVAC related!
Marcel is the best! Extremely kind and professional -- our compressor gave out on a hot summer day and he was able to see us quickly despite his busy schedule. He replaced our compressor and helped us troubleshoot some larger issues with our zoned system which we'll be tackling with him soon. It's a pleasure to work with him, he's extremely knowledgeable and fair -- don't hesitate to give him a call!
I want to begin by saying how great our experience was with American Air Advance. We originally called because we were having difficulty with a thermostat installed. Mercelo our call and he was polite and professional. When he arrived he promptly did a troubleshoot and found the issue. Afterwards he pointed out a few issues that we had with our HVAC System. Some that I was aware of and others that I did not know about. Mercelo recommend we replace and redesign our duct system since it was from the early 90s and with air ducts that were too small for our newer system. He did not pressure us at all and after discussing with my wife we moved forward. This was the BEST decision we could have made. Our system is quieter and more efficient. Th work was done clean and promptly. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with American Air Advance!
