We have used AMC for years for maintenance and repairs. They have earned our trust over the years and do a good job of explaining what needs to be done and why when there is a problem (although usually it is just regular maintenance with no problems). We recently bought a new AC unit from them which they installed. They came out next day (on-time) and installed the system. The lead technician, Mario Hernandez, was very professional and courteous. The price was good and they made sure everything was done correctly.
Tech came out told me I needed a whole new system and estimated the price to be between 5000-6000. Said they would email a quote ( I never got one). I called another company for a second opinion —another tech came out and found a clogged drain line in 10 minutes and charged me 100 bucks and he problem was fixed.... beware of the unnecessary up sell with these guys

I contacted AMC by email on a Sunday evening, within a hour someone had called me back. AMC was able to have a tech out about an hour later at no additional charge (on a Sunday ). The tech came out to my apartment, looked through all of the HVAC system and determined the problem, he could have fixed it that night however did not have the part on his truck. AMC contacted me Monday morning, has a different tech out, who was up to date on the issue, I did not have to go through everything with another tech. I was very grateful at the speed at which AMC got my repair completed, I was also very impressed by the office personnel and both field techs. GREAT JOB AMC!

We are Residential and Commercial Clients. I like the that if I have a job that cost $50 or $25,000 we will be treated with the appreciation and professionalism regardless of the expense. Getting something done is just a matter of making a phone call. They are easy to do business with.

We have used AMC for years to fix small outages on both our air conditioners, along with annual services and always received great service at affordable prices. Last week one of our units finally went out after 18 years and needed to replace it. The technician discussed our options helping us to make a decision that we would be happy with. AMC services is a great family owned HVAC-R company that is based out of the dfw area. There technicians are very professional and experienced in the industry.
