They installed a heat pump in my home 2 summers ago. It's working great and saving me money. Dee worked fast and efficiently. The install was clean and neat. I have recommended his service to many friends and family.
Absolutely the best. My AC went out at the worst time. My wife s 9 months pregnant and the temp outside is in the high 90's. Dee came over, figured out what was wrong and fixed it all in less than 24 hours. Rate was very reasonable, and Dee is really professional. Would use the company again without hesitation
Dee Watson is a consummate professional. He installed 4 ductless heads on an existing system during our renovation and they work beautifully. Yesterday, the surge protector on the outdoor unit (installed by Automatic Heat, NOT Dee!) actually CAUGHT ON FIRE, causing damage to the outside of the house, scaring the heck out of the family on top of it. Dee came out within 3 hours and had us fixed up and running smoothly and only charged for parts, even though it was the OTHER companies mistake. I can’t recommend Ambient heating enough!!! Knowledge, skill, and a personal attention to detail that is unsurpassed!
